I. PROJECT BRIEF INTRODUCTION

This project is mainly for producing INSTANT BEVERAGE, it is composed of fiveparts, GL-3 DEHUMIDIFIER, FL-300 FLUID BED GRANULATINGMACHINE,LVC-180 PNEUMATIC VACUUM FEEDING MACHINE,SL-300GRAINDING AND GRANULATING MACHINE and ZL-1200 VIBRATING SCREEN.The WIP(washing in process) can realize washing in the process, can clean eachcorner of the whole machine. Also we also equip a pilot fluid bed granulator,which can be used for study crafts for different materials.

Each parts are all up to GMP standard strictly,and will be connected by healthygrade pipelines, which can be assure all the procedure are sealed, guaranteesafe and clean.

Granulator have a capacity of granulating 300kg dried products per batch atmost, and the final fine powder can also be re-granulating,can save much cost.

Granules with porous structure can be dissolved quickly.

The operation personnel can not be damaged if explosion take place because ofthe releasing hole;

Each of all parts have no dead corner, therefore the loading and unloadingquick,light and clean.




General description for Crafts

Feed the original dried powder into the trolley of FL300 granulator,

1st stage, powder will be mixed and heated up inside the chamber by clean&heated dryair, then spray the liquid(adhensive) for granulating, till granules reach required weshould stop spraying, at this moment we are entering drying stage, till water contentreach required, 1nd stage, screen qualified products, those bigger size(>0.8mm) wouldbe grinded by Grinder&Granulator, those very fine powder(<0.1mm) would be screenedby Vibration Screen Machine, two sizes of products would enter further procedures....

GL3 have a capacity of dealing 8500m3 new air per hour, on base of

Controlled by PLC, touch screen.

FL300 have a capacity of 300kg at most, equip with three trolleys, use it alternatively,

control by PLC, touch screen. WIP clean system would be installed together withFL300.controlled by PLC, touch screen.

LVC180 can transport 500kg maximum.Equipped with a mobile trolley, which can

adjust the hopper height by hands. Connect with other parts by Health Grade softtubes;

SL300 have a capacity of processing 30~300kg per hour, depend on speed or

products characters. 1.5kw motor. Mesh range from 6~80meshes, we will equip 0.8mm,0.6mm SS net. Work continuously.

ZL1200 have a capacity of vibrating 500kg at most, depend on speed or products




characters, 1.1kw motor, Mesh range from 12~200meshes, we will equip150mesh(0.1mm), 200mesh(0.08mm) SS net. Work continuously.

The above three(LVC180,SL300&ZL1200) would be controlled together by aPLC&touch screen,also LVC180 can be controlled by PLC separately.

. Applications

Pharmaceutical industry: tablet capsule, low sugar or no sugar granule of Chinesetraditional medicine.Foodstuff: cocoa, coffee, milk powder, granules of juice, flavor and so on.Other industries: pesticide, feed, chemical fertilizer, pigment, dyestuff and so on.Drying: powder or granule state of wet material

Coating: protection layer, color, controlled release, film, or bowels, solved coating of

granules and pills.




Working principle

The powder granule in vessel (fluid bed) appears in the state of fluidization. It ispreheated and mixed by clean and heated air. At the same time the solution ofadhesive is sprayed into the container. It makes the particles become granulating thatcontains adhesive. Being of unceasing dry through hot air, the moisture in thegranulating is evaporated. The process is carried out continuously. Finally it forms ideal,uniform and porous granules.

Qualification

1. Multi-functional with mixing,granulating and drying, finish in one step.

2. Main machine adopt imported good quality 3042B single&mirror polish panel,

Interface clean and bright, no dead angles, easy to clean(use water gun is ok);Outer

surface Polishing(yogon) process, no visual pollusion.

3. Collect bags adopt Anti-static&microwave filter cloth firstly in China, and adopt

vertical shaking bags, which can guarantee working stably,also can avoid steel cable

crack.

4. Heat-exchanger adopt SS pipe firstly in China,compared to other materials heat

exchanger,can enhance thermal efficiency, can control it freely.

5. Inlet air will go through pre&Mid&Low-high filtering process, can reach 100,000

cleaning standard.

6. Up to GMP standard, offer Certificates related(JB20014-2004&GMP)

III. GL DehumidifierUse for offering dried air(reach 3g water/kg air)

I. General Description

New air will be processed Low-temp. Low humidity air by Front-surface Cooler,

then will be enter into drying processed by Desiccant-wheel, air has become High

temp. Low humidity air, after this, add Back-surface Cooler cooling, air will be come

Low temp. Low humidity air, finally will be input the pipe, which is connected with

inlet mouth of Granulator.

II. Working Principle

Rotary Dehumidifier’s desiccant-wheel will be circular motion at speed of 6~18m inside

the dehumidified zone and regeneration zone. When wet air go through dehumidified

zone, hygroscopic materials in side the wheel will absorb water inside air, which can

make air become dry;when wheels with water rotate to regeneration zone, the

regeneration heater will heat the wet wheel, so water absorbed from wet air will be

exhaust finally. Desiccant-wheel absorb wet and exhaust start at same time, which can

make dehumidifier can release stable dry air.

Our group-machines are designed on base of single type, have advantages of

cooling when high temp. High humidity and much more efficiency than previous series.

Which can be sure environmental temperature.

IV. PNEUMATIC VACUUM FEEDING MACHINEUsed for transporting finished granules

General Description

Vacuum feeding machine is a kind of vacuum transportation machine using pneumaticvacuum pump as vacuum resource. It can delivery materials directly from storage toanother container, such as mixing machine and humid method cuber machine.

Working Process

When turn the button of pneumatic valve to “OPEN”, air will be compressed into thevacuum pump, and generate vacuum. Then the materials will be automatically indraftmixing machine, After indraft the materials, spin the vacuum valve to “CLOSE”, then airin mixing machine will disappear, In this meantime, the compressed air will be storge inthe gas bag blows the filter in reverse.

III. Working PrincipleThe material to be processed enters into the feed inlet of grinding and granulatingmachine, drops into the conical sieve chamber. The rotary knife plays a whirling actionto the material, and throws the granules to the sieve mesh surface by centrifugal force,The granulates are ground into particles by the shearing action produced by the rotaryknife and the sieve mesh, and discharged through the sieve apertures. The size ofground particles can be adjusted by the sieve mesh number, the gap between rotaryknife and sieve mesh, and the rotary speed

General Description:

Structure Feature:(1) The machine consist of hopper,vibrating chamber,couple and motor. there areeccentric wheel,rubber software,main shaft and shaft-bearing in the vibration chamber.The adjustable eccentric hammer is driven to the center line through the motor, Causecentrifuged force under the state of unbalance and so that the materials from regulareddy. The amplitude of the hammer may be adjusted according to the property ofmaterial and the mesh screen.
