    IIn AXC2.7 version, only 1x AAL2UP VCC is planned. (shared VCC among RT, NRT and HSDPA).

    Those sites with VCI=33, set to 25046cps (6xE1) were implemented before April08.

    n AXC3.0 version ,dedicated VCC for RT, NRT and HSDPA was proposed.

    There are dedicated VC for each taffic:-

    VCI=33 is for RT, set to 5000cps ;

    VCI=43 is for NRT, set to PCR=25046, MDCR=5000cps

    VCI=53 is for HSDPA, set to PCR=25046, MDCR=10095cps

    MaxDLpowerCapability 240 (24 dBm) should be for PICOMaxDLpowerCapability 392 (39.2 dBm) should be for Metro8W

    MaxDLpowerCapability 421 (42.1 dBm) should be for Metro50W with 2 carrier define in the BTScommissioning file

    MaxDLpowerCapability 430 (43 dBm) should be straight forward to be 20W.

    MaxDLpowerCapability 457 (45.7 dBm) and 461 (46.1 dBm) should be for Metro50W singlecarrier. I don't know why 2 different value for this.

    MaxDLpowerCapability 460 (46 dBm) should be straight forward to be 40W

    Another observation, if there is 2 carrier cells define in RNW (carrier 1 is on air and carrier 2blocked), there are 2 type of observation that can be seen:

    Carrier 1 cells has MaxDLpowerCapability 460 and carrier 2 cells hasMaxDLpowerCapability 65535, it means that WBTS is only commission with 1 carrier.

    Carrier 1 cells has MaxDLpowerCapability 430 and carrier 2 cells hasMaxDLpowerCapability 430, it means that WBTS is already commission with 2 carrier.

    What is important is how many carrier are define in the BTS (here i am not talking about theRNW database). If you have 2 carrier, usually the WPA power will be split to 2. So let say if youput a 20 W (WPAB) for a 2 carrier sector, you will see MaxDLpowecapability is 10W. This issomething i observed as well.
