Allan Han-Huei Teo is Regional Head for the Asia Pacific Network where he focuses on engaging global stakeholders and Green Building Councils within the region in advancing the green building agenda and the cocrea�on of opportuni�es and value in this space.

Allan has over 20 years of experience in both private sector and public sector. As a business consultant in the private sector, Allan has helped global clients with growth and expansion into new markets in areas including smart ci�es, cleantech, digital transforma�on, design, virtual reality/augmented reality, and others. Previously, Allan was Managing Director & Senior Vice President (Business Development/-Sales & Government Rela�ons for Asia/ANZ) at Greenwave Systems, a global leader in Internet of Things and home energy management solu�ons.

In the public-sector, Allan was formerly the Head of Trade at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark, leading economic diplomacy at the Royal Danish Embassy in Singapore. Allan was also an industry developer and technology evangelist at the Singapore Government, where he pioneered and led key ini�a�ves in Green ICT, Green Data Center and Smart Grid in Singapore. While at the Singapore Govern-ment, Allan also worked on developing the innova�on ecosystem and led strategic collabora�ons with global ICT MNCs. Allan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of Edinburgh.

Allan is based in Singapore.

Ar. Serina Hijjas is the Vice President of Malaysia Green Building Confedera�on, a senior prac�cing Architect and Director of Hijjas Kasturi Associates Sdn, an architectural prac�ce based in Kuala Lumpur. Ar Serina graduated from Bartle� School of Architecture and University of Sydney followed by a three year working s�nt with Foster & Partners. Ar Serina has been prac�cing for 20 years with an ac�ve interest in the area of Energy Efficiency and Sustainability and has received three Asean Energy Efficiency Awards for Telekom Malaysia Headquarters Building (2005), Securi�es Commission HQ (2003) and the Putrajaya Interna�onal Conven�on Centre. Ar. Serina was on the first SIRIM Working Commit-tee for MS1525:2001 and a founding member of the Green Building Index(GBI) and is part of the GBI Accredita�on panel. Ar. Serina lectures on Rethinking Sustainability and is a working member on the forma�on of the Township Green Building Index tool and reference guides for Malaysia.

Calvin Chu Yee Ming is a Partner at Eden Strategy Ins�tute, with responsibili�es in thought leadership, strategy design, client servicing, mission delivery, and prac�ce management. Before founding Eden, Calvin was Vice-President of Business and Strategy Development at the Singapore Exchange (SGX), and Business Group Director leading the Singapore office of a London-listed global consul�ng firm. He is Eden’s Prac�ce Lead for the Financial Services sector.

Calvin specializes in the areas of growth and compe��ve strategy, innova�on scou�ng and develop-ment, product launch and market entry, M&A and partnerships, scenario planning, and war gaming. He has advised over a hundred Fortune 500 clients in more than 20 countries, including pres�gious organi-za�ons. He has been published in business �tles such as Asian Banking & Finance, Asian Intellectual Property, Asia Pacific Biotech News, BusinessWeek, Harvard Business Review, the Star, the Straits Times, the Singapore Business Review, Today, and the Wall Street Journal.

He has served as a Judge and Mentor at the President’s Challenge Social Enterprise Award, the Youth Social Enterprise Programme Grant Commi�ee, The DBS-NUS Social Venture Challenge Asia, The Grameen Crea�ve Lab, the Lee Kuan Yew Global Business Plan Compe��on, Social Innova�on Camp Asia, Start-up@Singapore, and The University of Chicago Booth School of Business Global New Venture Challenge.

Calvin is an Associate Lecturer in Strategy and Organiza�on with the Royal Melbourne Ins�tute of Technology, an iAdvisor with IE Singapore, an Execu�ve Advisor at NUS Enterprise, and a Board Member of Conjunct Consul�ng, BioFourmis, and Rotary Club. Calvin was recognised as a NetImpact Change-maker in 2014 and inducted into the Interna�onal Who’s Who of Professionals in 2009. Calvin graduated from the Na�onal University of Singapore majoring in Psychology and Poli�cal Science, and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Kenny Tan is currently General Manager at Alibaba Cloud Malaysia. With over ten years of management experience, he plays a fundamental role in driving digital transforma�on for key clients in various indus-try ver�cals such as avia�on, government, enterprise and the financial sector. Tan has a deep passion for the Cloud Compu�ng, big data and AI, and is enthusias�c about using the technology to empower government and business for greater produc�vity and opera�onal efficiencies.

Previously working in IBM, Tan is a veteran of the technology industry with a proven track record in driving business success for both enterprise and start-ups. His recent projects include developing ecosystems, enhancing cloud security and solu�ons for business and bringing innova�ve big data and machine learning technologies to ASEAN.

Tan graduated from Deakin University with a degree in Computer Science / Informa�on Technology.

Tan shares Jack Ma’s “30-30-30” vision that, within the next 30 years, young people below 30 years old and small businesses with less than 30 people will be cri�cal to the world.

Adj. Prof. Anthony Wong is a pioneer in using Constructed Wetland to treat waste water since 1991 at the Jungle Lodge in Gombak and at his Frangipani Resort in Langkawi since 2005. He is the current Board Member of Malaysia Green Building Confedera�on. Teaching Green Sustainable hotel for MAH -Malay-sian Associa�on of Hotels since 2006 and many other professional bodies like architects and engineers in this topic. Received the Langkawi Awards by the Ministry of Environment in 2012.

Adj. Prof. Anthony Wong Board Member, Malaysia Green Building Confedera�on (malaysiaGBC)

Rachel Koay is a Director at Zog Group of Companies, commi�ed to reduce carbon emissions by improv-ing energy efficiency, and to reduce energy consump�on without compromising the demands of society.

Zog has reduced more than 14,000,000kg of CO2 to date with only 3 projects; leveraging on the power-ful combina�on of Ar�ficial Intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT).

Koay and her team challenge the no�on that human industry must damage the world. They believe that more comfort does not mean more resources. The best argument for good design is that it deplores waste.

Mr. Philipp Prang, German, is globally responsible for environmental friendly livestock equipment and waste treatment products for the Big Dutchman Group. Based in Beijing/China he is addi�onally responsible for Business Development in Asia and South-East-Asia in par�cular for environmental friendly solu�ons. He has been involved for several years in the development of various systems for livestock waste treatment and is leading this business field in its sales.

An Engineer by training, Izham has vast experience in system integra�on, so�ware development, manufacturing and business development areas since over 17 years ago.

He started his own Energy Consulta�on Firm back in 2010 and co founded a technology startup in IoT and so�ware development segments in 2016. He currently serve as CEO of Maevi Sdn Bhd, a TNB subsidiary company pursuing on IoT system which specifically focusing into Smart City system pla�orm development.
