Study Group DatesTest Application Deadline

Spring Testing Window

Session facilitators will commit to the entire 14 weeks but will work in teams of two to best accommodate strengths and schedules

Outside a few guidelines, the facilitators will have autonomy regarding the format of the sessions they facilitate

All facilitators must be currently SPHR or PHR Certified and will be required to provide confirmation of that in writing to Team Lead

All facilitators must be current SAHRA members which will be confirmed by SAHRA

All facilitated sessions are based on the SRHM Learning System, however additional tools may be used.

Facilitators will receive a stipend of $50.00 SAHRA Dollars which can be used for membership, classes, mixers, conferences or any SAHRA sponsored event/activity

Facilitators will receive recertification credits on an hour to hour basis for active and creative facilitation of the study groups

Facilitators will receive recognition for their activity by SAHRA

Facilitation gives back to your profession and is a great networking tool

Facilitation is a great way to keep fresh on the vast library of HR knowledge

• 8-12 participants per study group• Contact information for all• 6-9 pm meetings, one night per week – with

some prep work• Same location each week, which will provide:

Tables/chairsOverhead projectionKitchen and restroom facilities

• PowerPoint training tool for each subject• On line and hard copy tests and answers• Support from your co-facilitators and team lead• An eager to learn and demanding professional
