“Strengths Finder 2.0”

This week the ISA Leadership Team will begin the next
chapter in their leadership development journey on Tuesday,
January 17, 2016.
The team began a study of Tom Rath’s book:
“Strengths Finder”.
This book includes an assessment that helps you find your
strengths. After completing the online assessment, you are
presented with a list of your individual greatest strengths. The
book then guides you through an explanation of each trait. It
also includes advice on communication techniques for each
trait. This is beneficial in truly connecting.

This week had storms and high water and this reminds me to count my
blessings because the floods didn’t affect me personally and to pray for those
directly affected by the adverse weather.

Very exciting week.
We printed and boxed 2283 - W2’s and 16,054 – 1095C’s.
Thanks to Mark Flores’s team for testing and verifying
both W2’s and 1095C’s. What a daunting task.
Now that we have officially finished 2016, we are ready to
focus our attention on great new opportunity's for 2017.

This week’s personal reflection is
incredibly important to me.
Having experienced a personally
challenging week, I have relied on
the ISA team immensely. I am
reassured of the excellent team
we have. Rodney White, Eric May
and Norma Blenderman ensured
that all systems continued to
perform flawlessly. As a leader,
the best reward is a job well done,
especially in your absence. This
is exactly how the week ended –
a complete success.
Thank You ISA!
