Tujuan

Program HR Officer Development Program dirancang berdasarkan kebutuhan para Staf HRD

pemula yang merasakan tingginya tuntutan atas perannya sebagai pengelola sumber daya

manusia yang merupakan komponen terpenting dalam perusahaan.Tantangan terbesar dari

HR Officer adalah mendapatkan pemahaman yang tepat tentang konsep manajemen HR

secara utuh dan integratif dengan contoh dan praktek-praktek terbaik yang disesuaikan

kebutuhan organisasinya.

HR Officer merupakan pemain kunci dalam merekrut dan mempertahankan karyawan.

Mereka harus memahami dan terlibat aktif dalam implementasi pengembangan organisasi

serta pelatihan SDM perusahaan. Selain itu mereka juga bertanggungjawab dalam

penggelolaan kompensasi, fasilitas serta kesehatan dan keamanan kerja. Oleh karenanya,

aktifitas-aktifitas tersebut wajib diketahui oleh seorang HR Officer
