COURSE OVERVIEW ABOUT YOUR COURSE LEADER

Almost every day in every organisation we measure, report, analyse, forecast and project on every key facet of business operations except for one – our Human Capital. While CEO’s can readily access performance data in key areas including sales, revenue/income, quality and service delivery, detailed reporting in relation to workforce management is often a scarce commodity.

In a business environment where at least 60% of operating costs are absorbed in paying the annual labour bill, it is imperative that Human Resources Departments design, implement and maintain quality Human Capital Metrics that enable Line Managers to continuously measure, evaluate and improve workforce management, performance and business

When properly designed and executed Human Capital Metrics enable organisations to better leverage their workforce in order to drive continuous improvements in productivity, efficiency, capability, satisfaction, innovation and engagement.

Human Capital Metrics also play an important role in managing future workforce development and resourcing by identifying critical gaps between labour supply and anticipated business demand for people.

What Gets Measured Gets Managed This workshop will provide participants with the essential skills and capabilities necessary to design, implement and maintain compelling Workforce Metrics and Analytics that will:

• Engage, educate and capture the attention of the CEO/SMT and Line Managers• Identify where current workforce management and performance is effective and conversely those areas where intervention and improvement are required• Measure and identify trends in workforce business contribution from one year to the next• Enable the HR department to demonstrate a value-added business contribution on a sustained basis
