Viewing Work Permit/Visa Information
Procedure
In this topic you will learn how to:
• View an Employee's Work Permit/Visa information
Step Action
1. Managers can navigate through their Manager Self Service menu to either view
or update their employee's Personal Employment and Assignment information.
In this process, we are Duncan Cornwell's team manager and we are going to
access his Work Permit/Visa details in order to view his Right to Work
Category.

2. Click the + icon to expand the HR Manager Self Service responsibility.

3. Click the + icon to expand the Personal Information for my Team folder.

4. Click the My Team Work Permits/Visas form.

5. The People in Hierarchy window displays those employees supervised by this
manager.
We will now open Duncan's Work Permit/Visa details in order to retrieve his
Right to Work Category.

6. Click the Action button.
7. Duncan's Work Permits/Visa information is clearly Summarised.
As his Manager we can identify that Duncan's Right to Work Category is Tier
2 - Skilled Workers.
We cannot add, update or delete any information contained in this form as it is
Read Only.
Details here would have been recorded by Shared Services.

Recording an Exit Interview
Procedure
In this topic you will learn how to:
• Enter details of an Exit Interview
Step Action
1. All employees who are voluntarily leaving the Council will be offered an
Exit Interview.
When an Employee tenders his/her resignation the manager should invite them
to attend an Exit Interview as per the Exit Interview procedure.
In this process, Duncan Cornwell is leaving the Council. His Exit Interview
took place on 08-JUL-13. Duncan has also advised that he has Completed his
Exit Questionnaire.
As his Manager we need to Enter this information against Duncan's Employee
Record using HR Manager Self Service.

2. Click the + icon to expand the HR Manager Self Service responsibility.

3. Click the + icon to expand the Personal Information for my Team folder.
4. Click the My Team Exit Interview form.
5. The People in Hierarchy window displays those employees supervised by this
manager.
We will now open Duncan's Exit Interview form in order to record his details.

7. This is the Exit Interview screen where we need to Add a record for Duncan.

10. Click on Yes.
11. Click the Calender icon.
12. Duncan's interview was undertaken on 08-Jul-13.
13. Click the Month pick list.
14. Click on July.
15. Click on 8.
16. Click on the drop down arrow against Questionnaire Completed.
17. Click on Yes.
18. Click the Apply button.
19. Before submitting the information One Oracle requires us to review the details
first.

21. Here we see the Proposed information for us to review.
As we are happy with the details we can now Submit them.
