In order to be considered, the Consultant must comply with the Resolution establishingprocedure for "Selection of Architects, Engineers, and Planners" adopted by the CityCouncil on November 18, 1986, a copy of which may be obtained at

Scope of Work: This project will replace approximately 20,729linear feet of 6-inch to l2-inch small diameter water distribution mains. Four separate water main areas have been

identified for replacement. The scope ofwork includes tinal design, bidding, constructionmanagement and inspection. and as-built services neccssary to complete the project. Apreliminary engineering report will not be required lor this project.

Estimated Construction Cost: $2.400.000

A question and answer session will be held from l:30 to 3:30 pm on November 8, 2019at,l20 W. Main Street, on the l0th Floor Conference Room. Please address t'ourquestions at the meeting.
