Summary :
The Corporate Human Resources Planner in this position is responsible for delivering allfacets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the
development of Organizational recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies
and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Corporate Human
Resources Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.
Educational Requirements:
MBA with major in HRM/ Master degree in HRM/ Diploma in HRM
Degree is not a deal-breaker if candidate has the right kind of personality withproper experience.
Experience Requirements:
3 to 5 year(s)

Well-groomed, courteous with ability to mix well with various levels of employee Excellent language, communications and interpersonal skills
Ability to keep confidentiality of top-level business strategies and matters
Proficient with HRIS/ HR and Accounting software
Excellent MS Office package skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as using
internet

Job Description / Responsibility:
HR Planning and Forecasting: design and implement annual HR strategy, policies &
procedures, HR planning, budget & forecasting.
General HR: employee files, database, employee handbook, manuals, companypolicies & procedures, leave & attendance, overtime etc.
Recruitment: job design, job analysis, job description, short listing, screening
(interview, test), recruitment and selection, placement and orientation etc.
Payroll & Compensation: salary sheet, salary survey, revise, design and monitor
payroll (using software), compensation and benefit structure.
Performance Management: monitor probationary status, performance appraisal,
increment & benefit structures, promotion and transfers, handling grievance,
foster positive attitude towards company goals, employee motivation, employeecounseling, employee awareness about company policies and rules etc.
Training & Development: training needs assessment, design and conduct and
coordinate training programs with input from consecutive department heads /
external trainers etc.
Legal & Compliance: ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing
applicable legislative requirements.
Logistics & Administration: Monitor and follow-up company`s disciplinary
procedures, oversee all sorts of logistics, administrative and safety issues.
