Terms & Conditions of regularization of the above Officers shall be as under:-

l. The regularization will be with prospective effect i.e. from the date- of issue of regularization orders without any change in place of posting.

2. The Officers shall draw emoluments in the Pay Band of Rs. 16650-39100 plus Grade Pay of Rs. 5800/- with minimum Basic + Grade Pay of Rs. 22450/- p:us usJal allowances as sanctioned by GoHP/HPPTCL from time to time. All the bene fits upon regularization shall be admissible . .

3. As per the existing policy of the GoHP/HPPTCL, the Officers w ill reti re 1rorn the­services of H.P. Power Transmission Corporat ion Limited on attaini11t{ t 11e .ige 01

superannuation of 58 years. The services can be term inated by either side by giving a notice of three months or salary in lieu thereof without a<;signing any reason.
