First Time Email Access

1 Email Recipient receives notification of a new secure email and clicks the hyperlink in the email to access.

2 A Temporary Password is generated and emailed to the recipient

3 End User clicks on “Secure Messaging Service” and enters portal using their temporary password.

4Recipient sets new password for portal usage going forward.

How to reset your secure email password1 Start a new web browser and go to https://hpi.login-us.mimecast.com

If an incorrect password is entered, an option to reset your password appears. Click on Forgot your password?

4 The recipient will receive the below email notification to confirm the password change request.

Enter your email address as it is listed in the portal or an error will be displayed (below).
