    SIGNIFICANT CALLS FOR SERVICE/INCIDENTS:

    130706-0756-02 Escort 9206 Shepparton DrOfficers escorted a female to the residence so that she could get her belongings. While there,the officers explained the civil processes to both parties involved.

    130706-0816-01 Damage to Property 7255 April Mist TrailThe complainant reported that on J uly 4, someone opened their vehicle and deployed some

    form of fireworks inside.

    130706-0932-01 DWI Sam Furr Rd/Old Statesville Rd.Wesley C. Hudson was arrested for DWI after being stopped for speeding.

    130706-1009-02 Suspicious Person Gilead Road/I-77Officers responded to a call regarding a homeless man walking a pit bull in a pink dress onGilead Rd. They located J on Paul Snow who was attempting to get to California. He stated thathe could not take a bus because he was traveling with his dog. He was advised of theordinances regarding panhandling and continued his travels.

    A black BMW passenger car was discovered to have left the roadway and gone over theembankment. There were no occupants in or around the vehicle and it was the same vehiclefrom the earlier prescription fraud call at CVS at the end of night shift. When the officers hadattempted to stop the vehicle at around 0535 hours near Gilead/Statesville Road it fled at a highrate of speed and the officers did not pursue then. The owner of the car was reporting it to bestolen to CMPD, and provided a name of who she believes took it. This investigation iscontinuing.

    130706-1548-02 Escort 510 Hunters RdOfficers escorted a female who was evicted yesterday to the address to assist her in gettingsome of her daughters belongings out. It was explained to her that she would need to makearrangement with the apartment management in the future.

    130706-1656-02 Assist Medic 10005 Rosebrook Ln #305Officers responded to the address to assist Medic regarding an unconscious female who is aknown alcoholic.
