SIGNIFICANT CALLS FOR SERVICE/INCIDENTS:

20130704-1742-01 Disturbance at Crown Ridge/Newstead Rd (Crown Ridge)A civil issue between mother and daughter ensued when the daughter took her kids to go findanother place to live. The mother produced an expired court order stating the daughter and kidshad to reside with her. She was explained how to go about the issue with civil courts.

20130704-2037-06 Assault at 9516 Rollingwood Dr. (Huntington Green)A Hispanic male was assaulted by an unknown suspect. He was transported to Novant-

Huntersville for his injuries.

20130704-2125-00 Damage to Property at 501 Huntersville-Concord Rd.Someone intentionally put rocks inside the victims gas tank hose. Victim believes they may beable to identify a possible suspect.

20130705-0030-03 DWI at 16800 Statesville RdDonna Dewolfe (10/1/1964) was arrested for DWI while officers were conducting a roadsidesafety checking station. Vehicle was moved to PVA of Lowes and secured.

20130705-0321-02 NOL at Beatties Ford Rd/McCoy Rd.Christopher Rodgers (12/6/1994) was cited for NOL pursuant to a traffic stop for speeding.

20130705-0449-00 Intoxicated Person at 11226 Skytop Dr (Skybrook)An intoxicated person was outside cursing and yelling. Officers were still on scene at the time ofthe log.

Officers responded to 15710 Pine St for five separate false alarm calls. The alarm company isunable to reach a key holder and there are two dogs running free inside the residence. Thelights are on inside as well as a TV and two vehicles are parked out front. Officers were unableto get anyone to the door and there are no signs of distress.

Officers responded to 20 calls for service for Fireworks or Shots Fired. No citations were issued.
