    130703-1826-00 DWLR 11530 Beatties Ford RoadDuring an investigative traffic stop, officers charged Rodney Utry (DOB 6-5-1975) for drivingwhile license revoked.

    130703-1851-01 NOL 9000 Hambright RoadDuring an investigative traffic stop, officers charged Reginald Tyler J r (DOB 8-3-1976) fordriving without a license.

    130703-2009-01 Suspicious Activity 12716 Newstead RoadOfficers responded to a communication of threats, but upon arrival and discussion with thecomplainant, it was determined no crime occurred. The subject is upset and does not trust theGovernment. He feels the Government has all of his personal information and is spying on him.

    130703-2212-03 Suspicious Act ivity 14000 block of Harvington DriveOfficers responded to investigate information provided of a large illegal fireworks displayschedule to take place on J uly 4th. Officers warned the organizer not to proceed with the eventas it violates multiple state and local laws. The organizer was informed, if the event continues, itwill be in violation and charges will be assessed against him. The organizer agreed to cancelthe event. Officers will monitor the area tomorrow to ensure compliance.

    Tong (DOB 9-10-1996 J uvenile) with possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.

    130704-0035-05 Livestock In Road 8600 Block of Hambright RoadOfficers responded to a report of cows in the roadway. Officers and the owner were able to getthe cows back into the fenced in area.

    130704-0227-01 Disturbance 10030 Gilead RoadStaff at Novant called reference a subject being disruptive in the ER. Upon arrival officers wereadvised the subject was a sister of a patient and she yelled and cursed at hospital staffrepeatedly. Security banned the female from this hospital. During the process of asking her toleave, she at first refused to do so and continued to refuse to provide the necessary informationto officers. Her husband provided the information. Officers advised the subject if she had aproblem with the way hospital staff provided care to her sister, she needed to contact thehospital in the morning. The sister apologized repeatedly for the subjects actions.
