Holl y-Hunt ersv il le Rd Officers responded to a landlord-tenant dispute. One of the subjects involved was living there and not on the lease and the landlord wanted them to leave the property. The subject had been living there with her boyfriend who was the authorized tenant. SIGNIFICANT CALLS FOR SERVICE/INCIDENTS:

130710-0624-00 Abandoned Vehicle 304 Glenora DriveA Ford Mustang was tagged for towing after HPD received a complaint from the HuntersvilleCode Enforcement Technician.

130710-1031-01 B/E Vehicle 6628 Apr il Mist Trail (Latta Springs) The complainant reported that both of his unlocked vehicles were entered overnight. Hereported a backpack, circular saw, hammer drill, and a jig saw were taken.

130710-1032-03 Larceny 11530 Beatties Ford RdA student reported that she left her I-Phone 5 in the girl’s bathroom in the 200 hall and whenshe returned a few minutes later it was gone.

130710-1232-02 B/E Residence 13345 Willow Breeze Ln The complainant wanted to report that he believed his residence was broken into on Tuesday. The subject thought someone may have entered his open garage, but was unable to locateanything damaged or missing.

130710-1540-04 Sex Offense 8202 Townley Rd

 The victim called to report that they were sexually assaulted on Saturday night at a nearbyaddress. The event took place in Cornelius on Dunmore Drive and CPD was notified.

130710-1550-03 Disturbance 16220 Old Statsevil le Rd The complainant called because the business was paid to inspect an automobile after which thevehicle was sold. The new owners came in today and were upset because they felt the businessdid not do a good job on the inspection and did not locate some “defects” in the vehicle.
