    130420-0931-00 Warrant & Poss of Drug Para 11401 McCoy RoadDuring an investigative traffic stop, officers arrested J ustin Edward Snoderly (DOB 1-14-1993) for anoutstanding order for arrest (failure to appear for court). During the arrest process, officers located

    and charged the subject with possession of drug paraphernalia.

    OTHER INFORMATION:

    130420-0636-00 Suspicious Person 9905 Rose Commons DriveOfficers responded to Donut King; reference a male subject sleeping on the bench. No violation of thelaw took place and the employee of Donut King gave the subject a coffee and donut.

    130420-0702-01 Stolen Vehicle 100 Sherrwynn LaneComplainant advised he parked his vehicle overnight at the above address. The vehicle was takenover night. The owner could only describe his vehicle because he did not have any of his vehicleregulatory information. A search of the SC system showed no vehicle registered to him. The vehicle

    is a 2004 red Ford F-150 with Millers Landscaping painted (in black) on the side. Attached to thetruck was an enclosed white trailer, which had Millers landscaping painted in green on the side. ABOLO was issued but the vehicle was not entered into NCIC as the was no VIN or Tag informationavailable.

    130420-0906-00 Miss ing Person 131 Hunt ington Ridge PlaceThe complainant reported a male juvenile ran away and was thought to be with his girlfriend who wasalso reported missing last night. Officers were able to provide Cornelius PD with information to locatethe missing juveniles from last night and in this case. The one from last night was turned over to herfather. The male juvenile eluded the officers and is still listed as a run away.

    130420-1047-00 Domest ic Dispute 15016 Statesv ille Road

    The complainant stated she wanted her babys father to leave the residence due to him beingimmature. The babys father agreed to leave and did so in officers presence. No assault or crimetook place.

    130420-1124-06 Attempted B/E of Coin Machine 10305 Wilming ton StreetThe manager of Hampton Inn reported someone attempted to break into the vending machine, butwas unable to gain entry.

    130420-1209-04 Mental Transport 10030 Gilead RoadOfficers responded to transport a subject to Presbyterian Main for further medical treatment.

    130420-1245-01 Found Prescr iption Drugs 16600 West Catawba AveThe store clerk called police reference finding bottles of prescription medication in the trash. Officerswere able to locate the owner and he retrieved his medication, stating he must have accidently thrown

    them away.

    130420-1313-00 Disturbance 12015 Crabapple LaneThe complainant wished to discuss phone calls where the complainants family keeps calling himsaying they are going to come over. No actual threat was made and the complainant has not told thesuspects to stop calling. No crime has been committed.

    130420-1414-01 Larceny 12036 McCoy RoadThe homeowner let a person on parole stay with her last night until he began to use illegal drugs. Sheasked him to leave and he did, but apparently not before taking items from the residence without thehomeowners approval or knowledge.

    130420-1633-00 911 hang up 6325 Emily MagenThe complainant dialed 911 thinking someone was stealing something from his garage. His son toldhim he let a friend borrow the item and the complainant did not hang up in time to avoid officersresponding. No crime occurred.

    130420-1704-01 Suspicious Person 15624 Cletus Brawley RoadOfficers responded to this location to attempt to find a male subject (no description) walking in thewoods saying things which are making residences uncomfortable (officers were not advised as towhat was said). The suspect was not located and no further information is available at this time.

    130420-1718-04 Ass ist Medic / DV 212 Columbia DriveMedic requested assistance reference a 21 year-old female who has overdosed and now there is

    possibly a domestic situation between the father and daughter. When officers arrived, they wereinformed, the commotion was over the subject who overdosed apparently left the scene in a silver
