1. Go to: https://depot.northwestern.edu/schrader/medill/printers/
2. Download the executable HPUPD50PCL664.exe save to desktop
3. Double click the file you just downloaded.
4. Click unzip

5. Click Yes

6. Select Traditional Mode, Then click Install

7. Select Add a network, wireless or Bluetooth printer

8. Select The printer that I want isn’t listed

9. Select Add a printer using a TCP/IP address or hostname

10. Change Device Type to TCP/IP Device
11. UnCheck Query the printer and automatically select the driver to use
12. DO NOT CLICK Next, GO TO NEXT PAGE

13. Enter IP address of Printer

14. Click Next

15. Select Hewlett Packard Jet Direct
16. Click Next

17. Select HP Universal Printing PCL 6
18. Click Next

19. Enter the Printer name

20. UnCheck Set as the default printer
21. click Next

22. Allow Installing Printer screen to process the task. This may take 2-3 minutes.

23. Click Do not share this printer
24. Click Next

25. Click Finish
26. Click Finish again.
Repeat these steps for all printers you will need to set up.
