How  to  access  and  setup  your  webmail  client  at  CLSBE  

   

How  to  use  the  email?    

Step  #1  To   access   your   email   account  you   must   fill   the   two   blanks  with   your   access   credentials.  Where   it  says  "Utilizador"  type  your   student   number   and  where   it   says   “Palavra-­‐chave"  you   have   to   type   your  password.  

 How  to  change  the  language?  

Step  #1  When  you  enter  in  your  email  account  the  pre-­‐selected  language  is  Portuguese.  To  change  the  language  to  English  you  have  to  select  the  option  "opções".

 Step  #2  

Then  you  have  to  choose  the  option  “Preferências  de  Exibição”.  

   

Step  #3  When  you  enter  in  the  "Preferências  de  Exibição"  you  will  find  the  field  “Idioma”.  There  you  can  select  the  other  language.  Let's  change  the  language  from  Portuguese  to  English.

 Step  #4  

To  complete  the  operation  you  have  to  click  on  "Executar".  

 Step  #5  

You  will  be  redirected  back  to  the  home  page.  To  upgrade  the   language  you  must  select   the  option  “Actualizar  Página”.

 The  final  result!  

Step  #6  To  exit   from  your  webmail   account   you  have   to  press   "sign  out"  which   is   in   the  upper   right  corner  of  the  window.
