Our super awesome trai ler serves ice cold draft beer, keg wine and keg prosecco from 4 beverage taps on the exterior of the trai ler. It ’ s designed with a custom chi l l ing system to keep the drinks ice cold no matter how hot the day or how long the event . Booking is easy with our online contract and payment options . $500 is due at booking with the balance due 30 days prior to your event date . I f you are adding a lcohol to your package , 50% of the package total i s due at booking with the balance due 30 days prior to your event date . Our trai lers f i t outdoors at most venues and indoors at many. Our Beer Trai lers are 12 feet long and our Photo Booth Trai lers and Mobile Bar Trai lers are 16 feet long.

- D O Y O U R T R A I L E R S R E Q U I R E E L E C T R I C I T Y ?

Yes , we need the trai ler to be placed within 50 feet of a s tandard US electrical out let . I f this i s not possible , let us know within 48 hours before your event and we can bring a quiet generator. This option is $149.

As we str ive to make our packages as f lexible as possible , our standard packages do not include a lcohol . The event organizer can provide the a lcohol and mixers . I f you’d l ike for us to buy the mixers for your event , s imply add on $4.50 per guest to the package price .

We are TABC-cert i f ied to sel l beer and wine, including champagne and prosecco. I f you’d l ike us to handle everything, including pul l ing the a lcohol permit and providing l iquor l iabi l i ty insurance , we can do that ! Cal l us for a custom quote .

There is no travel fee to any event locat ion within 50 miles of downtown Austin , Texas . There is a $250 travel fee to other locat ions in Texas . For travel outside of Texas , please contact us for a custom quote .

Silvercloud Trai ler Events® is a nat ional entertainment brand that offers photo booth trai lers , beer tap trai lers and mobile bar trai ler rentals .

In 2011, we bought our f irst vintage Airstream trai ler in Cal i fornia and retrofi t ted i t into a modern photo booth. In 2016, we added mobile bar trai lers a , champagne trai lers & beer tap trai lers to our service offerings .
