Guatemala

This land of volcanoes, sea and perfect weather hasimpressed on us how little known places can be full ofwonders.

The country’s reputation for safety suffered much in thelast decades. However it is ever increasing its tourisminfrastructure, hotel offerings and language study

opportunities. We’ve observed the changes throughmany visits over the years.

-Tikal is the centerpiece of the Mayacivilization that occupied this area.

-Antigua (not the island!) is the former

capital of the country. It is a magical townthat sits in the shadow of the country’smajor volcanoes.
