If you’d like, change the size of your logo:- Select the logo- Right click your mouse — a menu will appear- Select “Size and Position” — a dialog box will appear- Make sure the “Locked aspect ratio” checkbox is selected- Change the size of your logo by changing the “Scale” percentage- Select “OK”

TO EDIT THE DOCUMENT COLOUR TO MATCH YOUR BRANDING: Select “Design” from the top menu Select “Colors” from the submenu Right click on “Job Description Colors” — a menu will appear Select “Edit” — a dialog box will appear Select the drop-down menu beside “Accent 1” Choose another color (or create a custom color by selecting “More Colors”) Select “Save” — all instances of the default color (orange) will change to your chosen color

TO FILL IN THE DUTIES CHECKLIST:Your manager/administrator can quickly indicate which duties they are currently performing and which they expect to perform in the future, by clicking the two drop-down lists associated with each duty. Managers/administrators can choose between YES, NO or N/A (not applicable) for current duties and the time the current duty was started, and YES, NO, or MAYBE for future duties.

AppendixThe appendix at the end of the document outlines how a veterinary practice management professional can become a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM). You can select the website link provided for complete information and/or print this document for use and referral.
