Features Name Product life is relevant when all of the following conditions are met:
• A combination of spoilage calculations flags are true
o Globally enable or disable spoilage o Enable or disable at a SKU level
• The Product Life of the SKU is greater than zero.
• The Product Life of the SKU is less than or equal to the Inventory Aging Limit.

Board positions are open for nominations until June 27, 2016. Elections will happen in July. The ORUG Board has Board Meetings the
last Wednesday of every month via conference call. Our board are made up of these positions
and also includes our SIG Leaders. The Board is responsible to guide the
direction and success of the Users Group If you want to run for any of these
positions or have any questions please email ArMand Nelson at [email protected]
Vice-President – 2 Years The Vice-President is responsible to assist the President where needed to
ensure the continued success of the User Group. Lead and coordinate with the SIG and GEO Leaders the organization and
coordination of SIG and GEO meetings, membership, communications and content.
Elected for a two-year term on even years
Secretary – 1 Year The Secretary is responsible for recording and documenting information
discussed and decided upon at all meetings, publishing meeting minutes, managing the action item list, and maintaining all other documents.
Elected for a two-year term on odd years.
Treasurer – 2 Years The Treasurer is responsible for review and reporting of any financial of the
User Group (We really don’t have a budget or money but per by-laws the position exists).
Elected for a two-year term on even years.
At-Large Officers – 1 Year The At-Large Director(s) may serve on the Board in a non-specific capacity, or
may concentrate in specific areas or be assigned to specific tasks or projects at the request of the Board of Directors.
Elected for a one-year term.
