How to synchronize data from Miracle Software into

Miracle’s Android Application? (Miracle Report App)

❖ Miracle Report is an Android mobile application which is developed byRKIT Software Pvt Ltd. (Miracle Accounting Software).

❖ By using this App., Miracle Software users will get facility that they cansynchronize their Miracle Software data in to Miracle Report app. to checkA/c. Ledger, Stock, Outstanding, Address Book etc. in their Android mobile.

Select a company for which we want to Synchronize.

We will find setup for Android Sync. in Software Setup.

After select Yes to “Android Sync.” option, we will get 3 options to Sync data:

By File (USB cable) / By Wi-Fi / By Web

We must connect USB cablewith PC/Laptop to sync.

Miracle data.

After connecting with PC, click on “Transfer files” to access Android

mobile’s Internal Storage.

First, we will see how to Sync. by File.

We must select Yes to “Android Sync. Required.”

in company setup.

Setup → Company Setup → Advance Modules

Go to “Company Setup” and click on “Advance Modules”.

12Utility → Android Sync.

As per Company Setup, this Android Sync. option will enable.

Now, click on Manual Sync. by File.

Select any folder in PC where we want to export

the sync. data.

Now the new file is generated in ‘miracledata’ folder (our

selected path in PC).

Now, copy that file and paste in to Android device’s Internal Storage →

miracledata folder (which is auto created by app ).

Open “Miracle Report” app.

When we run app first time, the app will ask to insert User Name & Mobile No.

After inserting “Node Details”, the app will ask to Set Sync. Type.

We selected the File option.

Now, we will see the “Company List.”

“Welcome To Miracle Android” is just a demo company.

Now, touch on ‘Menu’ icon…

… we can see this 3-options:

“New”, “Sync Details” and “Settings”. By touch on New option, we

will get the company.

Now, press on “Miracle Report Demo”.

Touch on current Financial year (2018-19).

By touch on this Sync. icon, we will get the Miracle data.

Here, the process of extracting data is on going.

So now the Miracle data is synchronized. We can check

the details here.

So in this way, we can sync. Miracle data in to “Miracle Report” app by

using File option.

We can check the other details like A/c. Ledger, Product Ledger, Address Book

etc. by touching on these options.

23Option: 2→ Synchronization By Wi Fi

Option: 2 → Sync. Wi-Fi

By Wi Fi, we must create a Wi Fi server in our PC/Laptop.

If we have not inbuilt Wi Fi Hotspot device, we must attach Wi Fi Hotspot

device externally.

We must setup in Mobile Hotspot settings in PC/Laptop.

Create Network Name and Password.

Our device must be connected with that

Wi-Fi Server.

26Software Setup → “Android Sync. Option”

Select Yes for Sync. “By Wi Fi”.

We can change Sync. Schedule “Manual” or “Auto” as per our

requirement.

We can set the Time Interval to Sync. min 30 Min to max 8 Hrs.

Here, insert the SyncServer Name similar to

Computer’s Name.

As we saved the setup, we will get this notification related “Wi-fi Server started” and in Miracle we will see

this ON symbol.

Touch on Wifi and go back to main page.

Open Miracle Report App and touch on ‘Settings’ option to select Wifi as Sync. Profile.

31Enter Hostname

Here we must enter Hostname which is Sync. Server Name that

similar to Computer Name.

i.e. Dev-Chirag

We can also insert IP address. After entering Hostname or IP, touch on New

option to insert company.

As we touch on ‘New’ option, we will get the New wifi user request in PC/Laptop screen.

By giving Sync Rights click on Allow button.

Now, we will get the company, it means that the device is

connected to the Wi-Fi Server.

Now, touch on it.

We will get the list of available Financial Year.

By Sync. we will not get any data because we must setup for Sync.

Security WiFi and Manual Sync by WiFi in our Miracle software.

First, we must setup in Sync. Security WiFi.

35Wi-Fi Sync User Rights

Here, we can see user’s details of the connected device and we can set the User Rights as

per our requirement. We can give the rights by tick mark on the data

which we want to sync.

Then Click on Update button.

36Utility → Android Sync. → Manual Sync. By Wi-Fi

Now, click on Manual Sync. by Wi-Fi to sync the Miracle

data into Miracle Report app.

Note: If we selected Auto Sync., the first time we need Manual Sync., laterit will auto sync. as per Time Interval.

It will take few seconds to export data by Wi-Fi sync.

38Wi Fi Hotspot Settings

Now, touch again Sync. Icon...

We will see this screen about “connecting” and we will get

the Popup message in system’s screen.

We must connect USB cable to PC in sync. the Miracle data by File

We can see the screens of the Mobile and the system.

We have to select Yes to get the data in app.

40Sync. by Wi-Fi

It will take few seconds to Sync. and extract the data.

So now we got the data by Wi-Fi sync.

1. Create a Wi-Fi Server in PC/Laptop and connect the device to that Wi-Fi Server.

2. ‘Sync. Server name’ and PC/Laptop name must be similar i.e. Dev-Chirag.

(Software Setup → Android Synchronization Option)

3. In Miracle Report app, select Wi-Fi sync. profile and enter Host name or IP.

i.e. Dev-Chirag or shown IP.

4. When first time connect, give User right from the PC/Laptop and click on Allow button.

5. First, click on Manual Sync by Wi-Fi (Utility → Android Sync. →) and then click on Sync. icon and then Sync. By Wi-Fi will be successful.

Select Yes for Sync. “By Web”.

Setup → Software Setup → ”Android Sync. Option”

requirement.

After Software Setup, this symbol will appear.

It indicates Web Sync. is enable.

Here, by default we will get Web Registration selected “Yes” with Web Sync. ID.

Note: This Web Sync. ID will be asked in Miracle Report App.

We must insert this ID in Mobile App to complete Sync. By Web.

Computer’s/Laptop’s screen.

Open Miracle App and touch on “Settings” to select Web Sync.

Now, in Menu, touch on ‘New’ option.

As we touched on “New”, this pop up will be appeared to

“Enter Web Sync ID”.

Insert Web Sync. ID In Mobile as shown in PC/Laptop’s screen.

Then press OK.

To access, we must setup in Sync Security Web in

Miracle Software.

We will get a New Company in the Company List. But, we can

not get access yet.

Now, click on Manual Sync. by File.

We can set the security and give the rights to Sync. particular data

as per our requirement.

Here, we can see the User’s details of Android device.

We can give rights by click on these buttons, too.

Click on Save & Exitafter giving rights.

Now, click on ‘Manual Sync. by Web’ to sync the Miracle

data into Miracle Report app.

When Sync. is completed, we will get this notification.

So, now we will get access tothe company in Mobile.

Recap the steps for Sync. by Web

1. Select Yes for Web Sync in ‘Software Setup → Android Synchronization Option’.

2. In ‘Miracle Report’ app, select Web sync. and Enter Web Sync. ID as shown in ‘Company Setup → Advance Modules → Android Sync. Option’.

3. Select User Rights from ‘Utility → Android Sync. → Sync. By Web’.

4. Click on ‘Manual Sync by Wi-Fi’ and then touch on Sync. Icon in Miracle Report and at the end Sync. By Web will be successful.

5. Note: Following Web Synchronization would be very useful when the user is far away from the system and he want to check the Reports daily based.

also Share PDF via ‘WhatsApp’ or ‘E-Mail’.

In this way, we can View in pdf and we can share the PDF.

This facility is also similar for the Product Ledger, A/c.

The default SMS Facility is given in “A/c Receivable”.

By clicking on ‘Menu’ icon, Text SMS for ‘Receivable’ can be directly sent to the Party by

simply touching on Send SMS.

Now, we can send default Text SMS about Receivable

In ‘A/c. Receivable’ menu, we can send a “Collection Letter”

by click on View PDF to selected party .

This is collection letter in PDF view.

We can share directly via What's App & E-Mail.

We can see the party’s list with their ‘city name’

and ‘contact no’.Now, lets check Address Book.

We can make a call directly from here and

send SMS, too.

We can check address details by touch on any party.
