Delivery & PaymentsEverything you need to understand for payments, returns and delivery of your order.

Delivery:Standard delivery on all orders is 5 – 7 working days with a standard delivery charge of £4.50/ €7.25. For your first online order the delivery is free.

How to Pay:All invoices are due for payment within 14 days, subject to your account being approved for credit, otherwise invoices are to be paid at time of ordering. Your invoice will be included in the box with your delivery The easiest way to pay is online at www.oriflame.co.uk or www.oriflame.ie. After logging in, click on Order > Order History & Payment and you

can then click Pay on any invoice you wish to pay. There are no charges for using debit cards. You can also call Customer Care and pay over the phone using the numbers below. If you wish to pay by bank transfer using in-bank services, the bank details are printed on your invoice. Please do not pay at the Post Office.

Shortages & ReturnsIf you have anything missing from your order or if you need to return anything for exchange or credit, please go to our Online Claims System. After logging in, click on Order > Claims. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Care Team and we will be happy to assist you.

CataloguesOur beautiful Catalogues are the key to your success. We provide a new Catalogue every 3 weeks packed with fantastic products and great offers. To order Catalogues, you can use the Quick Order form online, found after Log In (See Pg 8 for details) under the Order tab and Ordering Tools in the left side menu. There is a PDF you can download with all catalogue campaign dates and order codes for this years catalogues on the Other Materials left side menu, also found in the Order tab after signing in. It is very important to have a stock of Catalogues as they are your key selling tool. They contain ‘scratch and sniff ’ sections, expert advice and numerous special offers. We recently launched our new ‘Magalogue’, which fuses an editorial magazine style into our layouts, providing you with more information and unique selling points on our amazing product ranges.

Samples & StationeryTo help you sell our products, we have a wide range of samples and stationery that will assist you in growing your business. Everyone wants to try before they buy, so be prepared with samples! An updated list of samples and stationery can also be found under Other Materials and contains order codes for sachets and vials. You can also order sales materials such as Skin Care and Colour charts to help you find products suited to your customers exact needs.

Selling Tools What better way to spread your message than gorgeous high quality print materials and relevant sales materials. Your own personal name bank is a ready source of potential recruits. Never be judgemental, ask everybody on your list if they would like an opportunity. If they say no then again ask ‘who do you know who might be interested’. To help you get started, first write in the names of all your family members. Next add all your friends, neighbours and work colleagues. If you go to the Gym, are part of a club or just enjoy socialising there will be lots of people who you can show a catalogue too. If you do the ‘school run’ write down the names of all the other Mum’s you see each day.

Don’t forget men – they do buy for themselves and as presents.Ask customers who work to take a Catalogue in with them (this becomes +1 on the Name Bank).Leave 2 order slips inside each Catalogue and write on one “I have left 2 order slips, so please show this Catalogue to somebody else”Search your mobile phone for names.Email, Facebook, Twitter – you will discover lots of potential customers here.Remember to try to increase your Name Bank List by at least 5 each Catalogue.For more ideas speak to your manager.

E-Catalogue process for Customers 1. Customer receives link to E-Catalogue 2. Customer adds products from the E-Catalogue to the basket3. Customer provides contact and delivery details (for Consultant to deliver and collect payment, please contact the Customer direct to make these arrangements)4. Customer submits Wishlist to Consultant and receives notification of the Wishlist being submitted

E-Catalogue process for Consultants 1. Consultant is notified by email about new Customer’s orders. The orders are in Consultant basket until Consultant accepts or deletes Customers’ orders.2. If Consultant deletes the order, automatic e-mail is sent to Customer notifying them.

Tips for using E-Catalogue

• Remember to share the E-Catalogue when the new Catalogue starts• It’s important to update the cover of the E-Catalogue, which does not change automatically on Facebook or a blog.• Do NOT delay accepting nor deleting the orders, especially at the end of the period, when prices of the products may change due to Catalogue change. • Report with E-Catalogue orders is available at My Pages > Order > Order History & Payment

GROUP MANAGER The first level of management and the first position at which you begin to earn commission on your team.

What do you need To become a Group Manager you need a minimum of 4 Direct Consultants (personal recruits) plus yourself and a minimum of 1000BP (£1300/€1800 sales) from your team. Obviously the more people you have in your team the easier it is to attain these figures. On average Group Managers need up to 10 spare hours weekly to maintain their business.

How to start Firstly talk to your up-line Manager about your interest in becoming a leader. They are there to help and guide you. Most people then start to build their team by asking friends, neighbours, relatives and workmates, “Who would be interested in a part time earning opportunity?” The more people you talk to about the opportunity the more interest you will generate. Once you have started recruiting people into your team, ensure that you ask all your recruits who they know would be interested. Referrals from existing people is always the best way of finding new Consultants.

Name Bank Your own personal name bank is a ready source of potential recruits. Never be judgemental, ask everybody on your list if they would like an opportunity. If they say no then again ask, “Who do you know who might be interested”. You can use the guide on page 6 to get you started.

What are you paid? As a Group Manager you will earn commission on your team based on the BV (invoice value) of their sales. This is the amount that the Consultant pays the company to settle their invoice.e.g If a Consultant has sales of £200/€200 they will receive 30% discount = £60/€60 leaving them to pay the

company the balance of 200 – 60 = 140. The 140 (the BV) is the amount you will be paid commission on.

As a Manager you will receive

• 30% discount on all personal sales regardless of the size of order• 5% commission on the BV of your personal sales*

• 9% commission on the BV of your Direct Consultants (those recruited by you personally)*

• 5% commission on the BV of your Indirect Consultants (those recruited by members of your team)*

The more people you have in the team the greater your sales and the earnings. * To earn Commission as a Group Manager you must have personal orders of at least 40 BP (£52/€72) every Catalogue.
