How to request access for users to be added or removed from distribution lists.

From Local Health Operations section of the Administrative Reference:
Only LHD/DHD directors or an authorized designee on file with the Local Health Operations Branch (LHO) may request that a user be added or removed from the distribution lists maintained by LHO.
Users MUST have an email address within the @ky.gov domain in order to be added to distribution lists.
