Want to get your hands on tickets to Elton John in North Queensland? Make sure you:

Create an account on the platform before the on sale

Have valid Payment Details ready

Have an up to date browserto buy online. We recommendGoogle Chrome or Firefoxfor desktop

Set a reminder for the General Public On Sale: 9am AEST, Tuesday 14th March 2017.

STEP 1.Head here to create an account.Enter your name, address and contactdetails. Make sure you remember whichemail address you register as this becomesyour username.

STEP 1.Click here to buy tickets.

When tickets are on sale, you’ll be able to click ‘Buy’.

STEP 2.Select your ticket category, section and quantity, then click ‘Add to Order’

NOTE: ALL tickets in your order must be either standard tickets or 3D souvenir tickets.

STEP 3.Review your Order Summary. If you’d like to add more tickets, use the plus button on the right hand side, and when you’re happy with your final selection, click ‘Continue’.

STEP 5.Select your ticket Delivery Method then click ‘Continue’.

NOTE:

PRINT AT HOME TICKETS will be sent by email from the 21st March.

3D SOUVENIR TICKETS will be sent by standard post from 1st August.

STEP 6.Agree to the Terms & Conditions of Sale listed on the left hand menu bar, opt-in to the Elton John mailing list, enter your Payment Details on the right hand side of the screen, then click ‘Purchase’.

STEP 7.Purchase complete! You will receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase.

We’ll send your tickets when they’re ready for distribution through your chosen Delivery Method.

STEP 2.Enter your password making sure that it is atleast 6 characters long and contains numbersand letters, then click continue.

STEP 3.Well done, your account has been created!Make sure you remember your email addressand password!

If you have purchased tickets to a moshtix partner or The Ticket Group event, you may already have an account. Simply log in here or if you can’t remember your password, use the ‘Forgot your password’ link.

Make sure you have your Username, Password & Payment Details ready for the General On Sale 9am AEST, Tuesday 14th March 2017.
