How To Play Box Lacrosse

how to play box lacrosse.

Materials

• Shoulder pads • Two elbow pads• Rib pads• Gloves• Helmet• Stick• Chest pads• Shorts• And last shoes

Now, you grab your stick and equipment and take off . The goalie goes out first leading the players.

The Crease

When you get out there you have to be careful because there is a crease (a one in a half circle in front of the goalie). If you step in it the goalie gets the ball and you have to run back to defense.

Defense

When you are defense five guys goout and form the shape of a house.

When there are three guys it’s a triangle. Same

thing with offense .

Changing Up

When you get tired you come to the bench

to gain your energy and one player will go out there to take your place.

How To Score A Goal

When you are on a breakaway you need to aim for top shelf and bottom shelf. But sometimes the goalie may cover the spots so you have to aim for opens .

The Teams Limit
