Willow in Jackson. The meeting was called to order at 9:06 a.m. Commission present: Hank Phibbs, Melissa Turley, Barbara Allen, Ben Ellis, and Paul Vogelheim. ADOPT AGENDA Ben Ellis moved to adopt today’s published agenda with the addition of: 3. Consideration of a Letter to Grand Teton National Park regarding the Moose-Wilson Corridor Study 4. Consideration of the status of the Acting Planning Director Barbara Allen seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Ben Ellis moved to withdraw the letter from the agenda. Melissa Turley seconded and the motion passed unanimously. MATTERS FROM COMMISSION AND STAFF 1. Authorize Payment of the January 27, 2014 Vouchers Paul Vogelheim moved to approve the January 27, 2014 vouch- ers in the amount of $457,473.72. Ben Ellis seconded and the motion passed unanimously. 2. Consideration of a Tax Roll Correction Ben Ellis moved to approve the Tax Roll Correction to TBC Construction as presented by the County Assessor in the amount of $33.38. Paul Vogelheim seconded and the motion passed unanimously. 3. Consideration of the Status of the Acting Planning Director Ben Ellis moved to appoint Steve Foster as the interim Planning Director for a period to be determined by our next hire. Melissa Turley seconded and the motion passed 3-2 with Phibbs and Vogelheim opposed. ADJOURNMENT Ben Ellis moved to adjourn, Barbara Allen seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
