Registration: Your entrance fee of $15 covers your participation in the silent and voice auctions. When you register, you’ll receive your bidding number. Your fee also includes appetizers, beverages, and dessert throughout the evening.

UUCCH Auction: 6:00 Doors Open / Appetizers & Beverages Available 6:00 – 8:00 Silent Auction Bidding 8:00 – 9:00 Voice Auction 9:00 Wrap-up

Voice Auction: Raise your bid number to bid on an item at the price the auctioneer calls out. The highest bid wins. For multiple item bids – dinners and parties, for example – the highest bid sets the price for the other participants or items. Silent Auction: Bid on items by entering your name, bid number and your bid on the silent auction sheet. Use whole dollars only. Your bid must be higher than the previous bid if one is listed. Check back often and offer a higher bid for items you want! Silent auction item numbers start with an “S,” S05, for example. Party Sign-Ups: Dinner parties and other group events will be available as first-come, first-serve sign-ups. All party / events have set bids, noted at the top of the bid sheets. Please also note the maximum number of participants. Any bidders signed up past the maximum will NOT win the bid. Pirate Booty Locker. Items are available for sale at posted prices. If you find an item you want, no need to bid, just pay the posted price. This is a fun and inexpensive way to participate! Purchases and Payments: The recording team will list purchases by item number on your receipt. Immediate payment by check is greatly appreciated. The cashier will be able to supply your receipt immediately after the auction. A detailed invoice for tax purposes, listing purchases and donations will be sent in a few weeks. Please take your purchased items home with you. If your donation was not purchased, please reclaim it. Unclaimed items will be donated to charity. Respect the Donor: While we can all be excited about getting a good deal at the auction, be careful to see that you offer a reasonable price for an item, so that the donor can feel their gift brought a reasonable benefit to the church.
