HOW TO NEUTRALIZE ISLAMIC TERRORISM IN RAKHINE STATE, MYANMARBy

RECENT ALARMING TRENDS

Since the publication of the article “Rakhine and Myanmar Security Challenges” ( http://www.scribd.com/doc/117042084/Rakhine-and-Myanmar-Security-Challenges ) [1] additional alarming trends and continuing “de facto ethnic cleansing ” by Rohingya Bengali Islamic Terrorists have come to l ight as summarized below:

1. IT HAS ALL ALONG BEEN THE PLAN OF ISLAMIC TERRORISTS TO CREATE A NEW ISLAMIC COUNTRY OUT OF RAKHINE STATE AND PARTS OF BANGLADESH BY PUBLICIZ ING THAT THE SO CALLED ROHINGYA ARE TORTURED , RAPED AND L IVING IN DIRE SITUATIONS . Bangladesh publications “Weekly Blitz” of 6th Sept 2012 [2] [3] and “dainik purbokone” 8th Sept 2012 [4] revealed that the so called Rohingya conspiracy to create independent Islamic “Newrosia / Nuresia” country with Sharia law is getting fullest support from some of the Muslim nations in the world. The activit ies are lead by Rohingya Solidarity Organization (RSO) leader Dr. Yunus. The entire activit ies of these Jihadists groups are reportedly controlled from Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Libya, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and United Kingdom. The “dainik purbokone” also revealed the names of the conspirators and the law enforcement personnel providing the information. This has no doubt resulted in a relentless propaganda campaign by the polit ical wing of the so-called Rohingya funded by vast Petro-Dollars from the Middle-East to supposed “dire situations”; so called Rohingya boat people, where as in reality they were from Bangladesh; using media and international organizations such as Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF); manipulating so called world Buddhist leaders and noble laureates.

2. THE ISLAMIC ROHINGYA TERRORISTS GROUPS HAVE CONSOLIDATED AND COOPERATING WITH OTHER ISLAMIC TERRORIST GROUPS IN BANGLADESH . “Dainik purbokone” reported that half a dozen (Rohingya) mil itant groups agreed to form Arakan Rohingya Union (ARU). The Bangladeshi vernacular daily “Amader Orthonity” of October 07 reported that about 26,000 cadres and

hundreds of suicide squads of the banned mil itant organization Hizbut-Tawhid were preparing to uproot the democratic system in the country (Bangladesh) and establish Sharia law. The banned Jamatul Mujahidin Bangladesh (JMB) has formed a new organization called Jamatul-Arakan in cooperation with Rohingya Islamic Terrorists. [5] These terrorist organizations are backed by over one mil l ion mil itants being trained in the Madrassas funded in part by Islamic NGOs. Professor Dr. Golam Hossain, Department of Government and Polit ics, Jahangirnagar University, Dhaka, reported that “recruitment and training in the inaccessible hil ly terrains of Cox ’s Bazaar and Banderban, and along the no-man’s land in the Bangladesh – Myanmar border… Investigative reports disclosed the involvement of several Madrassas ….in providing weapons, training and motivating the Muslim youths to launch an Islamic revolution” [6].

3. THE ISLAMIC ROHINGYA TERRORISTS RECEIVED IMPROVISED EXPLOSIVE DEVICE ( IED) TECHNOLOGY . The Hindustan Times of January 30, 2013 [7] reported that “Rohingya Muslim extremist activity was being funded mainly from groups in Saudi Arabia…..…senior Lashkar leaders, including the terrorist organisation’s leader Hafeez Saeed, have been discussing plans to target Myanmar for possible recruitment and mil itant activism……Pakistan mil itary intell igence agency was involved in gun-running in the Rohingya refugee belt…..Pakistan-based explosive experts teaching more mil itant refugees how to manufacture improvised explosive devices (IED) to f ight Myanmar security forces.” This is a very serious and dangerous development as the terrorists have acquired sufficient capabil ity and are emboldened to target the Myanmar security forces. In addition, there are thousands of “ SLEEPER CELLS” in Rakhine state with arms and ammunitions smuggled out of Bangladesh.

4. ISLAMIC TERRORISTS CONTINUE TO TERRORIZE THE RAKHINE COUNTRY SIDE AND THE INDIGENOUS RAKHINE VILLAGERS HAVE BEEN FORCED TO FLEE THEIR ANCESTRAL HOMELAND IN A “DE FACTO ETHNIC CLEANSING”. A select l ist from recent media headlines is provided below. There are thousands of cases in the remote areas that went unreported. The Islamic Rohingya Terrorists abducted three Myanmar soldiers in

broad daylight from Myanmar side to Bangladesh on Nov 2012. [8] One of the bodies of the soldier was found terribly mutilated, while there is no trace of the others. Myanmar government has been unable to bring justice the Islamic Rohingya Terrorists involved in the criminal

act or to even raise the issue in an international forum. Besides, the suspiciously under reporting of this event by major news organization, this raises the major question: If Myanmar government cannot protect its own soldiers from the Islamic Rohingya Terrorists, how can it protect its cit izens or the indigenous Rakhine?

An Arakanese man was seriously wounded after a group of Muslim vi l lagers attacked him with machetes in Minbya in Arakan State. [9]

Three indigenous Rakhine vi l lagers were seriously wounded as they were attacked by a group of so called Rohingyas on the morning of December 23 in Mrauk-U Township in Arakan State (Narinjara news). [10]

Corporal Soe Win of Myanmar security force was attacked and his gun taken away by a group of so called Rohingya (Narinjara news).[11]

Groups of so-called Rohingya men set a rest house in May Yu golf course aflame , causing indigenous Rakhine vi l lagers of nearby Waithali vi l lage in Rakhine State’s Maungdaw township to f lee (Eleven Myanmar, Jan 29 2013). [12]

So called Rohingya attacked and ki l led one and injured three indigenous Rakhine vi l lagers in Maungdaw (Eleven Myanmar Feb 11, 2013) [13]

Rick Heizman, a Myanmar expert, provides an extensive documentation of terrorist activit ies partly based on interviews with the affected people [14] Rick Heizman also provides an accurate rebuttal to Al Jazeera and the so called International Buddhist leaders (Please note that there are no international Buddhist leaders).

5. ISLAMIC TERRORISTS CONTINUE ETHNO CLEANSING OF MINISCULE INDIGENOUS AND BUDDHIST POPULATION IN BANGLADESH . The Asian Human Rights Commission (AHRC) has received information

that two young women have been raped and one girl narrowly has avoided an attempted rape due to her neighbours' assistance in three separate jurisdictions of the Chittagong Hil l Tracts in Bangladesh. [16]

According to Amnesty International, the Bangladesh government fai led to prevent confiscation of Indigenous Peoples’ land by Bengali settlers in the Chittagong Hil l Tracts. Bengali settlers, emboldened by the army’s tolerance of their actions, had frequently set f ire to Indigenous

homes, usually in clear sight of soldiers or other law enforcement personnel, without being stopped. [17]

More than a dozen Buddhist temples and 45 houses were set ablaze after hundreds of Muslim j ihadists ran riot in Cox ’s Bazar on Sept. 29 last year. Following the violence some Buddhist groups have began leaving Bangladesh for western Myanmar ’s Arakan State [18]

ISLAMIC TERRORISM DOCTRINE

The threat from sharia is real and multifaceted (See Attachment A). Theologically, the purpose of j ihad is to increase Allah’s sovereignty in the world; that is, to subjugate the world to Islam. [19] Islam divides the world into “dar el-salaam” (the abode of peace) and “dar el-harb” (the abode of war). Dar el-salaam is that part of the world in which Islam rules, i .e. any area which has been subjugated to Islam. According to different Muslim theologians, this could include Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Iran, and other countries. Dar el-harb is anywhere in the world which has not been subjugated to Islam where murder and rape of the non-Muslims ranks as good; lying, cheating and dishonesty are considered necessary evils and hence, form part of the Muslim morality.

For Islamic Terrorists, Rakhine state and Myanmar would be dar el-harb. Thus, any reconcil iation on the part of Rakhine and Myanmar is only a temporary phase as the Islamic Terrorists have no intent to end their hosti l ity in their campaign to impose Sharia law.

REGIONAL THREATS TO ISLAMIZATION

The threats to infi ltration and Islamization are not confined to Rakhine state. In addition to about one mil l ion to Rakhine state, approximately 12 mil l ion to 17 mil l ion Bangladeshi immigrants have come to India i l legally since the 1950s [20]. India already has a very large Muslim population, but there is a growing fear of the indigenous communities in north-east India being swamped by i l legal Bangladeshi migrants. Dr. Subramaniam Swamy, President of the Janata Party, a former Union minister, and a professor of economics provided an excellent article on how to wipe out Islamic Terrorism in India [21]. India is now planning to setup a long overdue counter terrorism center [22].

Both Sri Lanka and Thailand are also under threat. Dr. Daya Hewapathirane (Adviser to the President of Democratic Social ist Republic of Sri Lanka) published an article on the Islamic J ihadist in Southern Thailand [23]. There are genuine fears in Sri Lanka that the country might become “once a Buddhist nation” similar to Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Maldives, Malaysia, Indonesia and probably Thailand and Burma in time future times (unless Islamization can be stopped) [24].

GEOGRAPHICAL CHALLENGE

Myanmar, a country about the size of Texas with a population 56 mil l ion, is surrounded by more populous neighbors - China (1.5 bil l ion), India (1.3 bil l ion) and Bangladesh (150 mil l ion). With its vast unexplored natural resources,

Myanmar is bound to attract foreign investments and i l legal migration. On the other hand, Myanmar is an ethnically diverse nation with 135 distinct ethnic / indigenous groups official ly recognized by the Myanmar government. It is important that Myanmar protects al l the 135 distinct ethnic / indigenous groups from non-ethnic population. Otherwise, Myanmar in time might become a country such as United States and Australia where indigenous population has been reduced to less than 0.02% and 2.5%, respectively.

WHAT MUST BE DONE IMMEDIATELY TO “SAVE RAKHINE TO SAVE MYANMAR”

Buddhism that was once a predominant rel igion in countries as far as Afghanistan, Maldives, India, Indonesia have completely disappeared due to relentless attacks by Islamic forces and the pacifist nature of Buddhism. As in the case of Nalanda, a Buddhist university in India which was attacked and destroyed by Turkish Muslim invaders under Bakhtiyar Khalj i . Instead of taking arms or conversion to Islam, the Buddhist opted to be slain by the invaders. Let history not repeat itself again.

Myanmar must use special force and as well as laws and practices to combat terrorism.

Take Specific Counter Terrorism Measures

In order to counter Islamic Rohingya terrorism, Myanmar must immediately undertake counter terrorism measures with a mission to protect ethnic cit izens and nation’s crit ical infrastructure through the coordinated use of air, marine and land assets to detect, interdict and prevent acts of terrorism and the unlawful movement of people, i l legal drugs, and other contraband crossing the borders. Myanmar must

Take a proactive approach to war on Islamic terrorism Erect fences through the porous border Be ready to engage in an asymmetrical and indirect warfare. Identify and neutralize the infi ltrated terrorist Eliminate and deny any terrorist safe havens. Establish special integrated units designated to handle terrorist threats,

as described below.

Enhance the capabil it ies of counter terrorism force through the whole spectrum of doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, and faci l it ies (DOTMLPF).

Partner with nations on counter terrorism.

It is evident that in addition to the regular Tatmadaw and NASAKA forces, Myanmar needs to deploy a special el ite rapid action anti-terrorism force (RAAF) with a separate central command and control center and its own intell igence department. The RAAF must have land, sea and air capabil it ies and take a proactive approach to terrorism and must be able to foil any attempted terrorism before it happens. In cooperation with other law enforcement agencies, the RAAF wil l also ensure that al l Myanmar laws are enforced and provide deterrence to i l legal immigration; weapons smuggling; violations of building and zoning codes; destruction of ethnic peoples’ properties; teaching, preaching and distribution of anti ethnic l iterature; and other anti-state activit ies.

Enforce Ethnic Rights

Myanmar needs to create an Ethnics Rights Agency (ERA) to protect the 135 ethnic groups against encroachment by non-ethnic people. The ERA wil l be an advocacy and an enforcement body at the national and local levels. The ERA wil l recommend changes to the current laws to protect and advance ethnic /indigenous rights, including laws of taxation (e.g. non-ethnic paying surcharges), marriage, family planning and birth control, travel, education (e.g. restrictions on building of rel igious or private schools), and restricting public appearance or activity that are offensive to any ethnic group. At the local level, the ERA wil l advocate on behalf of ethnic people in case of confl ict and actively ensure that the laws are enforced.

Form an International Association of Buddhist Countries

While the agenda of the Muslims is to subjugate the world using their vast Petro dollars, the leaders of Buddhist nations appear not to be aware of the threat or at a loss about how to deal with it. It is t ime for predominantly Buddhist nations (starting with Sri Lanka, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Bhutan, and Mongolia) to form an international organization such as International Association of Buddhist Countries (IABC) or ORGANIZATION OF

BUDDHIST NATIONS (OBN) not only to counter the threat from Muslim fundamentalism and other forms of terrorism but also to have a united voice in world affairs.

SHARIA LAW

Justice is dualistic, with one set of laws for Muslim males and different laws for women and non-Muslims.

The constitution of a non-Muslim nation is a man-made document of ignorance, jahil iyah, that must submit to Sharia

There is no democracy, since that means that a non-Muslim is equal to a Muslim

Non-Muslims are dhimmis, third-class cit izens There is no Golden Rule ("Do unto others as you would have them do

unto you.") There is no crit ical thought All governments must be ruled by Sharia law

Unlike common law, Sharia is not interpretive, nor can it be changed

Sharia law interferes with basic human l iberties. It is also evident that some of the Sharia laws based on the Quran are barbaric and unjust. A true Muslim anywhere has to accept such laws because they are Quranicaly based. Eight Bangladeshi migrants have been beheaded in the Saudi Arabian capital Riyadh. They were sentenced to death for the al leged murder of an Egyptian man [ Ref: http://www.islam-watch.org /index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=839&itemid=58 ]

A group (some were former Jihadists) of Muslim apostates, who have left Islam out of their own conviction, stated “we discovered that Islam is not a rel igion at al l . Having meticulously scrutinized Islam, we concluded that it is not a rel igion of peace at al l , as touted by smooth-talking, self-serving Muslims and their apologists from non-Muslim backgrounds.
