How To Mount Rim 1 The correct installation of rim is very important for the tire life Safety and vehicle; 2 Mounting and Demounting tires requires special trained staffs; 3 Must use Right Equipment:Crane / forklift / tire handler; Mounting Operations and Equipment Example of a tire seted Example of a tire correctly seated on the rim Example of a tire incorrectly seated on the rim LOCKING RING RIM FALNGE RIM BASE AND BEAD SEATING BAND Rim Components Remove locking ring and bead seat band Step 1 Remove all the parts (new rim) Step 2 Check All The Rim Parts 1 Check all the rim parts,confirm all the parts without distortions cracks ; 2 Use steel brush remove all the rust for better mounting; Attention (1) If there has any distortions and cracks or potential damage,please consult Technical people or the rim factory; (2) Do not use the locking ring that cant be closed; Step 1. Lift the rim base and mount the rim flange (the rim flange cant tough the ground) Step 3: prepare for mount Mount Valve: Select and mount the valve must reference the operation manual or suggestion from tire dealer and valve manufacture. Step 4 Mount Valve Attention 1 Only lubricate the place with blue color 2 Do not lubricate the O-ring lest the O-ring move out from the seal gutter ; Step 5 Lubricate Step 4. Make sure dont damage the bead of the tire Step 6 mount tire Mount the rim flange and bead seat band Step 7 Mount Rim Parts Attention 1)Must take care of your fingers; 2) Dont make the O-RING torsion; Step 8 mount O-Ring Mounting locking ring and the key Step 9 mount locking ring and key 1 Inflate to 2 Bar, then charge to standard pressure; 2 check the airtightness ; Thickness gage Step 10 Check and inflate Mount tire on the rim (rim already mounted on the truck) 1) Lubricate tire and rim parts 2) Push rim flange and bead Seat band into bead 3) Place the tire on the rim 4) Fit new O-ring 5) Fit locking ring/key6) Inflate and check Bead problems due to incorrectly seated
