If we let the wet ingredients soak in the dry ingredients, we think it will make the best cookies.

HYPOTHESIS

3 mixing bowls an eletric blender or mixing spoon,

measuring cup, plastic wrap, refrigerator, cookie sheet,

oven, wire cooling rack (optional),

ingredients to make 2 batches of your favorite cookie,

containers to hold baked cookies (2), volunteers to taste cookies, paper to make taste

questionnaire,

1. Make the dough2. Refrigerate for 2 days

3. Bake refrigerated dough,4. Make 2nd batch
