Ingredients for making Paneer masala dosa recipe
Rice 11/2 cupUrad dhall ½ cupSalt to tasteFenugreek seeds 1 tspSugar 1 tspFor masalaPaneer 250gmsOnion 2Mustard 1 tspGreen chilli 2-3Salt to tasteTurmeric powder ½ tspChilli powder ½ tspOil 3-4 tspRed chilli 2Fresh cream 50 gms
Preparation of making Paneer masala dosa recipe
1. Soak rice, urad dhall and fenugreek seeds for 3 hours2. Grind it to a batter and allow it to ferment for 10 hrs3. Add required salt and mix to the consistency of dosa batter4. For masala heat oil in a kadhai add mustard, red chilli, chopped onion, turmeric powder, saltfor 1 min5. Add grated paneer, chopped green chilli and saute for 4 mins6. Before applying dosa add a little sugar7. Heat a tava and pour the batter as dosas, apply oil and a spoon of panner masala and fold it8. Heat on a medium flame till the dosa turns golden brown.9. Do not turn the dosa just fold it and serve it
