How To Make An Egg

You will need:

• Eggs• Frying pan• Butter or non stick spray• Small bowl• Spatula• Salt and Pepper• Plate

Step 1

• Turn the burner on low or

medium/low and place frying

pan on burner.

Step 2

• Crack egg in small bowl. Throw egg

shell out and remove any smallshells from bowl.

Step 3

•Melt a small amount ofbutter or spray non stickspray in frying pan.

Step 4

•Gently pour egg intofrying pan and salt andpepper if desired.

Step 5

• Let cook approximately 1 – 2minutes or until egg can easily

movewith a spatula.

Step 6

• Place spatula completely under egg and slowly flip egg over.

• Cook .30 – 1 minute.

* Be careful not to break the egg.

Step 7

• When egg is cooked, use spatula andremove it from frying pan and place onplate.
