Step One – Build your Base Select the foundation tool from the Foundation and Decks menu, to build a hexagon base: (this is optional you can use walls directly on the ground if you wish, but build the structure in the same way) 3 squares on the straight edge and 2 squares on the diagonal – as shown.

Now add the base for the shape of your house.

Step Two – Building Walls Open up the cheat box (Ctrl, Shift & C) type sethighestallowedlevel 20, select return key.

Build the perimeter wall around the edge of the foundation, as you can see I have chosen to build a two storey house, however these steps can be modified for single storey structures.

Now select the “Go up a Floor” button to build a 3rd level for our conical roof. Build a hexagon structure as shown

Go up one more level and add floor to the hexagon structure.

Step Three – Editing the Wall Size Open up the cheat box (Ctrl, Shift & C) type: boolprop constrainfloorelevation off, select return key.

From the Stairs menu in build mode select an option from Connecting Stairs section, any choice of stair is fine as they are not a permanent structure. Switching to “Top Down View” Place the stairs on the floor as shown.

Select the “Terrain” tool within build mode; select the “Elevation” option from the menu. Choose

the “Level Terrain Tool” and from the foot of the stairs drag and level the terrain as shown.
