How to Launch Surgimap on Mac (Updated for Yosemite)

Do not drag Surgimap files to your Application folder

1. Click the link to download the file

2. Create a new folder by clicking with both left and right fingers (2-finger click on track-pad) on your desktop and select “New Folder”

3. Find the file called SM2MacWindowsBundle in your Download folder

4. Double click to open and view the contents

5. Select ALL contents and drag them into the new folder you created in step #2

6. Double click the blue Surgimap icon to launch the software

If you receive an error message upon your initial launch of Surgimap, please follow the steps below to open the program:

1. Go to the folder with your Surgimap bundle

2. Right-click/two-finger click (track pad) on the blue “S” icon

3. Click “Open” in the drop-down box, it should be the top option

4. You will see a pop-up informing you that this was a program downloaded from the internet, press “OK”

5. This should bring you to the Surgimap Login Screen
