From your iEnable Home page, access Admin Tools.

In the Administration Tools section, look for ’Launch Forms’ in the Tool Search box.

Select ‘Goals 2015 – 2016’ as the Form Template.

Page 4: How to Launch Forms

The Form template is displayed. This is a system configuration setting and you are requested not to make any changes in the template information. Click on ‘Next’ to proceed.

The launch date is mentioned as Now by default. Click on ‘Next’ to proceed.

The review period is mentioned as Dates configured for form by default. Click on ‘Next’ to proceed.

Now you need to select the employees for whom the Goals 2015 – 2016 Performance needs to be launched. The search can be conducted only by the Employee name.

You can add multiple employees by clicking on ‘Add another’.

You may also bulk launch forms by selecting criteria such as Department, Business Unit etcHowever this will show up ALL employees in the selected department, business unit etc. Please ensure that multiple / duplicate forms are not launched for the same employee. You can select / deselect employees by clicking on ‘Click to view’

You will be able to see the no. of matching employees. You can click to view the names. You may deselect employees from here if forms need not be launched for them. Click on next to proceed.

You will see a summary of the form launch – The name of the form, period, no. of employees etc. Please check and select ‘Send email notifications to form recipients’ and ‘Create En Route Copy’. Click on ‘Launch’ to launch the forms.

This screen confirms the launch of forms. The launched forms are immediately visible under the concerned employee’s To Do list.
