INSTRUCTIONS TO UNINSTALL THE EXISTING CITRIX PLUGIN

1. Click Finder and then Select the “Applications” Folder. Drag and Drop the ICA Client to Trash Can

INSTRUCTIONS TO INSTALL THE CITRIX RECEIVER NOTE: If you have the Cisco Security Agent installed, disable it before you begin the installation.

1. Click on the link below to launch your web browser and connect to the web interface server. http://citrix.cisco-ros.com

2. Click on INSTALL

3. Select “Open with” and click on OK (If you want to save the file, select “Save File” and click on OK)

4. Double click on “Install Citrix Receiver.pkg” (If you saved the file, open the download folder and double click on Citrix Receiver.dmg file and double click on “Install Citrix Receiver.pkg”

5. Click on Continue

7. Click on Agree and then Click on Continue

8. Click on Install

9. Enter your MAC account credentials with administrator rights and click on Install Software

10. Copy and paste the url http://citrix.cisco-ros.com into the Server Address bar and click Next.

11. Enter your netsolve credentials and click on Log On.

12. Click on the plus sign on the left side to view the Virtual Applications folder.

13. Click on Virtual Applications to see your applications

14. You can select the applications that you use on a regular basis and add them to your favorites.

15. To Remove an App from your favorites, Right click on the icon and select “Remove App”

CITRIX RECEIVER

PC users

INSTRUCTIONS TO UNINSTALL THE EXISTING CITRIX PLUGIN

1. Click on the Start button

2. Select Control Panel, Programs and Features

3. From the programs list, select and right click on Citrix Online Plugin and click on uninstall

4. After the uninstallation is complete, close all your programs and reboot your computer.

INSTRUCTIONS TO INSTALL THE CITRIX RECEIVER

1. Disable the Cisco Security Agent temporarily to install the Receiver. a. Right click on the Cisco Security Agent which is on the right bottom side of your desktop. b. Select Security Level and Off. c. You may want to click on the arrow key to see the Cisco Security Agent

2. Click on the link below to launch your web browser and connect to the web interface server.

3. Check the box to agree with the Citrix license agreement and click on INSTALL.

4. Click on the Run button to install the Receiver

5. Click on the Allow button to install the Receiver.

6. A window will pop up confirming the successful installation

7. In the Receiver login window, please enter your netsolve domain credentials and click on Log On

8. Right click on the Receiver icon which is in the right bottom side of your task bar and select “About”.

9. In the About Citrix Receiver windows, click on the arrow button before Advanced.

10. Click on Online Plug-in Settings and select Change Server.

11. In the Change Server window, copy and paste the url below http://citrix.cisco-ros.com/Citrix/PNAgent/config.xml in Server Address bar

12. Click on the Update button.

13. Click on Online Plug-in Settings again and select Options.

14. Click on Applications Display and select Show applications on desktop. Click on OK and OK again to close the Citrix Receiver preferences window. This completes the Receiver configuration.

15. You should see a folder named Virtual Application on your desktop. Double click on this folder to see your applications. Applications can be launched from here.

TO LOGOFF/DISCONNECT THE RECEIVER

1. Right click on the Receiver icon in the task bar 2. Click on About

3. Click on Advanced, click on Online Plugin Settings and select Log Off

RMS DESKTOP SETTINGS 1. Open the Virtual Applications folder and double click on RMS Desktop.

2. When you launch the RMS Desktop for the first time, you will be prompted to enter the server URL. Click on I will enter the URL now.

3. Copy the URL http://ctxweb01.netsolve.com/Citrix/PNAgent/config.xml and paste it in the Server Address bar. Click on the Update button to save the settings.

4. Enter your Netsolve credentials in this format – NETSOLVE_DOMAIN\user ID. Click on the Log On button.

5. Right click on the Receiver icon in the task bar 6. Click on About 7. Click on Online Plugin Settings 8. Select Options 9. Click on Application Display 10. Select Show applications on desktop to display the Virtual Applications folder on

desktop.
