How to IGNITE RECRUITMENT through an effective 3 way call initiative

Why 3 way calls• We are in the business of telling
the Q story
• The more people hearing the story in a compelling fashion the more people come into Q
• Most new people do not have the POSTURE to tell the story in a compelling fashion
• The 3 way call allows the new IBO to LEVERAGE POSTURE
• The 3 way call empowers the new IBO to be EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY through 3rd party credibility
Goals of a 3 way call1. Train the IBO to be an
effective 3 way call partner-DUPLICATION
2. Help the new IBO learn and implement the process of bringing someone from prospect to IBO
3. Train the new IBO how to concisely tell the Q story
4. Help the new IBO learn the system in the 3 way call process
5. Help the IBO sponsor new people
6. Show the prospect the ease of engaging in the business
How to accomplish those goals
• You have to create a structured approach
• Identify for the IBO what we are going to accomplish through this initiative
• Provide a simple script to empower them to get someone on a 3 way call
• Participating IBO needs to agree to 10-15 three way calls in a three week period
• Make the process to set up the call with you SIMPLE– www.timetrade.com
The 3 way call itself
• Keep brief (15 minutes)– Thus, it is easier to get someone to
agree to 15 minutes than 30 minutes
• Provide an outline of the call so everyone is “singing from the same hymnal”
– IBO can take notes
– Follow same structure each time but be flexible
• Have a follow up procedure in place to demo for your IBO
– Email with info
– Time certain for next call to answer questions
• Train them to introduce and then step back and listen (take notes)
Process of Training• Start with Key Leaders
– Set the correct template with your most effective people first
• Progress to second tier leaders
• Make the process a part of the DNA in your team
• Become effective at driving depth through 3 way calls
• The Goal is to duplicate not to incarcerate yourself as the only one engaged in this process
3 way calls can take multiple forms
Actually seeing people on a call and being able to read their body language is just as important as hearing what they have to say

Step 5-Follow up email is provided by call leader to the prospect- copy going to three way call sponsoring IBO
