... By puBlIc trAnsportBerlin has multiple means of public transport, which might be confusing for first-time visitors. generally, four means of transport are relevant to know:

U-Bahn: The Berlin U-Bahn is an equivalent to the Paris Metro or the London Underground. As the name implies it mostly travels underground. Sta-tions and trains can be identified by a large blue U.

... By plAneBerlin has (for the time being) two active airports. Schönefeld which is located in the south-eastern part of Berlin and Tegel which is in the north-western part of Berlin.

VIA tegel:The airport is closer to the main campus. Take the airport shuttle bus (X9) to Ernst-Reuter Platz (15 minutes) or take a taxi (10 minutes).

From the airports

tegel: Bus 109 to Bahnhof Zoo (30 minutes), Bus X9 to Bahnhof Zoo (20 minutes). Taxi approx. 15 EUR.

schönefelD: Airport-Express or S-Bahn (city rail) S9, changing at Ostkreuz to any train with destination westkreuz, Potsdam or Spandau, getting off at Bahnhof Zoo. Taxi approx. 30 EUR.

with the ticket for public transport services, you can change buses, city rail or trams.

For security reasons, use of our underground parking facilities must be notified beforehand. If you wish to park your car there, then please advise your contact person in DIN accordingly, at least two days before the date concerned.
