Instructions – CAS administrator

The step User information in the Edit user wizard is updated with new field “Personal identification number”.

If CAS Administrator would like to update user with Personal identification number the radio button “Yes” should be selected. CAS administrator fill in the Swedish personal identification number (personnummer). The format is a twelve YYYYMMDDXXXX digits .

Instructions – CAS administrator

CAS Administrator verifies user’s personnummeragainst the civil registry.

If personnummer does not meet required format an error message will be shown.

If the personnummer is already in use for another user in CAS an error message will be shown.

Instructions – CAS administrator

If the personnummer will not be recognized in the civil registry system the following error message will be shown.

If information from civil registry differs from information in CAS the CAS Administrator will be notified with pop-up message.

Yellow triangles will specify updated information.

Note! Information from civil registry is not editable in C&I Online. Nationality, first name and last name will be prefilled and locked.

Instructions –User

User connects his XID with personnummer and signs with his Digipass

User log in to C&I Online with XID and will be prompted of the wizard for connecting XID with personnummer.

User needs to verify personnummer with a onetime password.

After personnummer is verified, user signs the connection of XID and personnummer with his Digipasssignature.

User has now successfully activated personnummer with their XID and can now log in and sign with Swedish Mobile BankID in C&I Online via Business Arena!

Instructions –User

User enters www.seb.se , www.sebgroup.com, www.seb.dk, www.seb.no, www.seb.fi or www.seb.de and selects Business Arena.

User enter the Log in button and selects Business Arena in the drop down menu.

User selects the option “Mobile BankID” User enters personnummer and presses the blue button for BankID“Logga in”

Instructions –User

User using BankID for the first time in SEB will be asked to verify this with a onetime password .

After verifying the BankID, user will be asked to open their mobile BankID application on their smart phone.

User identifies him self with their personal BankID password.

Instructions –User

User has successfully logged in to Business Arena! User enters C&I Online in Business Arena User can now sign all manual payments (and payment upload) and authorizations with Swedish Mobile BankID.
