NOTICE

Applications on prescribed form are invited for appearing in the Post Graduate MedicalAdmission Test (PGMAT)-2012 in order to select candidates for admission to the FIRSTYEAR of the following Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma Courses ;(i ) MD / MS / PG Diploma (PGD) Courses in Patna Medical College, Patna , Darbhanga

Medical College, Darbhanga , Nalanda Medical College, Patna , A.N.M. Medical College,Gaya and IGIMS Medical College, Patna for the session 2012.

(i i) State Quota of MD/MS/PG Diploma Courses in Katihar Medical College, Katihar &MGM Medical College, Kishanganj for the session 2012.

(ii i) MDS Course in Patna Dental College, Patna for the session 2012.(iv ) MD (Ayurveda) in Govt. Ayurvedic College, Patna for the session 2012.2. Application Form & Prospectus for Medical / Dental / Ayurvedic PG Courses are the same:

A . Procurement and Off-line (Manual) Form filling :i . Main Application Form alongwith computer Form, Formats for residential &

Caste Certificates, Envelopes A & B and Prospectus will be on sale from

08.12.2011 to 18.01.2012 from the sale centres at(a)Patna Medical College,Patna; (b)Nalanda Medical College, Patna; (c) Darbhanga Medical College,Darbhanga;(d)A.N. Magadh Medical College, Gaya; (e)S.K.Medical College,Muzaffarpur;(f)J.L.N. Medical College, Bhagalpur(g)Patna Dental College,Patna (h)Govt. Ayurvedic College, Patna by submitting an Account PayeeDraft of Rs.1300/- (Rupees One Thousand Three hundres) per set of oneapplication form & prospectus. The Bank Draft must be in favour of"Controller of Examination, BCECE Board (PGMAT)"payable at anynationalised Bank at Patna.

ii . A maximum of five application forms may be obtained by One Bank Draft.ii i. Application Form alongwith Computer Form must be completed as per para

12 & 13 of the Prospectus (PGMAT-2012).B . Procurement and On-line Form filling :

i . Main Application Form alongwith formats for residential & Caste certificates,

Envelopes A & B and Prospectus but excluding Computer Form will be onsale from 08.12.2011 to 18.01.2012 from the same sales centres as given in2.A(i) above by submitting an Account Payee Draft of Rs.1200/- (RupeesOne Thousand Two hundres) per set of one application form & prospectus.The Bank Draft must be in favour of "Controller of Examination, BCECEBoard (PGMAT)"payable at any nationalised Bank at Patna.

ii . A maximum of five application forms may be obtained by One Bank Draft.iii. The On-line Applicants should visit the BCECE Board Website :

www.bceceboard.com, www.bcecebonline.com and go to 'PGMAT-2012On-line Registration" page and follow the instructions given under 'How toapply" in order to fill the computer form on-line. This facility will be availableonly up to 20.01.2012 till 5.00 P.M.

be completed as per para 12 & 13 of the Prospectus (PGMAT-2012).v. It is clarified that 'On-line' applicants also will have to send the duly filledprint-out of the computer form alongwith Main Application Form andprescribed enclosures by Speed Post / Registered Post within time limit asspecified in para 3 below.

3. Last Date for submission of completed Off-line / On-line Application Form :Completed Off-line / On-line Application Forms must be sent by Registered Post /Speed Post only and must reach the office of the Controller of Examination,BCECEB, IAS Association Building (Near Patna Airport), P.O.- Veterinary College,Patna-800014. Latest by 25.01.2012 (5.00 P.M.) Application Forms sent by any othermode will not be accepted. In no case completed Application Form will be received inBCECE Board office by hand or after scheduled last date i.e. 25.01.2012 for receipt ofcompleted Application Form (See para 14 & 15 of the Prospectus of PGMAT-2012).
