How to Fold an Origami DiplodocusStep 1

Gather a square piece of origami paper.

Step 2

Fold the bottom corner of your model up to the top corner. Crease well and unfold.

Step 3

Fold the right corner of your model over to the left. Crease well and unfold.

Step 4

Turn your paper over and rotate it 45 degrees. Then fold the top edge of your model down to the bottom.

Step 5

Then fold the left corner of your model over to the right. Crease well and unfold.

Step 6

Rotate your model so it looks like a diamond. Then fold the top and side corners down to the bottom corner.

Step 7

Then fold the bottom side edges of your model to the center vertical crease.

Step 8

Then turn your paper over and repeat.

Step 9

Then fold the top corner of your model down.

Step 10

Now fold the top layer of the bottom corner of your model up and squash down the sides.

Step 11

Turn your model over and repeat step 9.

Step 12

Repeat step 10.

Step 13

Fold the inner bottom corners of your model outwards. Then fold the top corners down.

Step 14

Rotate your model 180 degrees. Then fold the top corner of your model over to the left.

Step 15

Then fold the top corner to the right.

Step 16

Turn your model over and repeat the two previous steps.

Step 17

Open up your model from the bottom.

Step 18

Then fold the left corner of your model over to the right.

Step 19

Now fold the bottom edge of the small triangle in the middle of your model up so that it aligns with the left edge.

Step 20

Now fold the small triangle over to the left.

Step 21

Now fold the edges of the tail to the center horizontal crease.

Step 22

Fold your model in half.

Step 23

Now fold the back corner of your model over so it overlaps the front part of your model.

Step 24

Now fold the front legs of your model down.

Step 25

Fold the front legs of your model in half.

Step 26

Fold the bottom edge of your model into the rest of the model.

Step 27

Fold the right corner of your model down.

Step 28

Fold the right edge of your model over to the left.

Step 29

Now fold the right edge of your model all the way to the left.

Step 30

Now fold the bottom corner of your model up.

Step 31

Now fold the top corner of your model over to the right. After that your diplodocus is finished.
