    HOW CAN COUNSELLING HELP ME?

Counselling is not just for the problem gambler. It is an important part of helping you and your family address problem gambling related issues. Counselling can be conducted individually or as a group.

Individual Counselling is tailored to you, and can cover areas such as money management, relapse prevention, stress management and repair of relations with family members.

Group Counselling provides a platform for gamblers and family members to give or receive support from their peers, and share experiences and ways to cope with problem gambling related issues.

Counsellors may refer you to other organisations for assistance on your other issues, e.g. legal advice or financial assistance.
