How to find the serial number of a specific board in EVO(EE1RM used as example)

Start with EXPOP command – it works on most of the boards (rp, snt…etc)

316-9 = row of the cabinet in the switch location and the cabinet number

24-3 = vertical and horizontal position > from the vertical position you can say in which magazine from the cabinet is located the board

24 = second magazine (it seems that all the boards from 4 to 23 is in the first magazine, from 24 to 43 is second magazine and 44 to 63 is the third magazine)

23 = physical position in that magazine As you can see this 23 is equal with slot 6.

Print the HW inventory of the node- aploc – to enter in local mode- hwiprint – to print the entire hw inventory

Things used from printout:- magazine – be aware that the magazines numbering starts from the cabinet with the cp (cab 9) and from bottom (magazine 1 is the lowest magazine in cab 9)- slot – this is the physical slot
