Key Terms
Internship This is a structured work program for a student. These are generally paid and related to your degree but are not compulsory within your degree. It can range from a few weeks full-time to multiple semesters part-time.
Cadetship (1st and 2nd years) This is an employed trainee position offered to a student, that is designed to combine work (4 days) with specific training (1 day) or mentoring.
Graduate Program A formalised program within an organisation that combines a full-time position with structured mentoring and professional development.
Graduate Position When an employer is seeking a graduate to start ASAP.
