The Detroit Public Library Business Science & Technology Departmentand the Science & Engineering Fair of Metropolitan Detroit
present
Each year, Detroit hosts the regional Science & Engineering Fair at Cobo Center. 2015 will mark the 58th year that the Science & Engineering Fair of Metropolitan Detroit will give students in grades 6 - 12 in the tri-county area (Wayne, Oakland, Macomb Counties) an opportunity to develop and
exhibit science fair projects.
Tim Fino, Director of the Science & Engineering Fair of Metropolitan Detroit, Members of the Operating Council, Science Fair Judges, Teachers and Past Science Fair student participants will discuss how to showcase a project or experiment and how to gain the benefits of participating in the
science and engineering fields.

This program is open to students, parents and teachers.
Breakout Session 1Primarily for people that have never participated in the Science Fair
Breakout Session 2Advanced topics for those people that HAVE previously participated.
