How to enroll in your Employee Stock Purchase Plan

Your company stock plan can be an important benefit for you. Just follow these easy steps to activate your Stock Plan Account and enroll in your plan.

1. Type NetBenefits.com into your browser address bar.

2. Click the Outside U.S. Employees tab.

3. If you are a new user, you will need to complete the new user registration. You will be required to enter your:

• Participant Number (begins with an “i” and is provided by Fidelity Stock Plan Services).

• Employee ID (provided by your employer)

• Date of birth

4. Create a username, password and security question. Click Submit and then Log in.

5. From the Plan Summary screen, click Activate.

If you have already activated your account, you can skip to Step 10 to enroll.

If you are not a U.S. citizen, enter your country of citizenship.

6. Enter your personal information.

7. Review and confirm your account and personal information. Click Confirm My Information to continue.

8. Read the Participant Agreement and select Yes if you agree to its electronic delivery. Then select I Agree to agree to the terms.

9. You have activated your Stock Plan Account. If you are not a U.S. citizen, you will need to certify your W-8 status, to avoid additional tax withholding in the U.S. Click Continue to Plan Summary to proceed.

Since you are not a U.S. citizen or resident alien, you’ll need to certify your W-8 status on the Plan Summary page.

10. Foreign Status Certification is required. Click Certify your account for foreign status and answer all the questions. It will take approximately 5–10 minutes to complete.

12. Enrollment Agreement and Elections Enter the payroll deduction that you would like to deduct from each paycheck.

13. Click Next to accept the agreement and continue enrollment.

14. Review and Submit Enrollment and Elections• Review the payroll

deduction information that you entered. Click Next to submit this information.

• If the information is incorrect or you want to make changes, click Previous to return to the Enrollment Agreement and Elections screen.

Once you have activated your account, you may now enroll in the ESPP.

11. From the Plan Summary screen, click the Enroll link.

15. Note Your Confirmation Number After submitting your enrollment and election information, you will receive a confirmation number. Make a note of it and keep it for your records.
