How to Encrypt a file using PGP Desktop

To encrypt a file with PGP Desktop, right click on the file & select "Add file name to new PGP

When searching for a user to add; click the keys.tamu.edu option then enter the name of the person you are searching for.

NOTE: After the file has been encrypted, you will need to delete the non-encrypted file.

If Prompted for a passphrase, it is your Net ID password.
